I got this two days ago, and man! I found the quality to be fantastic! Now. It was a bit troublesome at first. But that is because it needs a firmware update.
So if others decide to get this product. Please go to the Razer Website to download the software needed. And for old folks, please find a tech savvy person to better understand this.
Once the firmware updated, i was able to connect almost immediately! It may be a bit confusing to most, but there is a button to switch between the Wireless dongle and the Bluetooth mode. Press it twice to switch between the two. And once to switch the ambience you want.
But, if you need a guide to pair the wireless dongle and the headset, The razer website also has a Downloadable pair utility tool.
I was able to game and after i was done, i was switching to my phone for some good music afterwards.

Great battery life, one charge will last me several multi hour sessions. The design is sleek and simple and it doesn’t feel too heavy. I don’t like heavy headsets. The sound quality is pretty good too. Not 100% the best I’ve ever had, but it’ll get you buy. If you boost some of the EQ values I’m sure it’d sound even better. Mic quality is a bit desiring but using a program like VoiceMeeter fixes it very easily – you just need to add compression and up your noise gate. Bluetooth connectivity is perfect as well. the cups fit well over my ears and the headset only shifts if i lean back… but I think that’s a me problem, and not a fault of the headset.

Bluetooth is cool, but when you want to sit down at the computer and just have a working headphone and microphone, wired is the way to go. I almost always buy Razor products because I like their Razor Central management. My only caveat is that sometimes this mic picks up too much background noise.

I absolutely love this headset the sound is just beyond amazing the Bluetooth connection is a little weird but still works the battery life on this headset is just shocking and the mic quality is exactly how you want it not to loud and not to quiet

Son hermosos, se ven elegantes. Se escuchan muy bien y pueden ecualizarse. Vienen bien equipados, con micrófono, cable usb-c, receptor BT con adaptador de usb-c a USB normal. Venían muy bien empacados. Puedes descargar la aplicación “audio” y configurarlos desde ahí. Traen su funda de tela. Se sienten excelente, son bastante flexibles, tienen buena movilidad, son ligeros. Me gustaron mucho.

I had these headphones for about 4 days.
I work from home and make phone calls to individuals throughout the day and check in on employees, however, I don’t know if it was because the microphone was detachable or what but I had never had a problem with sound quality or my associates hearing me with my Kraken V3 by Razer, and with the Barracuda they all told me it was static sounding and breaking up quite a bit. I tried downloading software, THX Spatial Audio that came with it and even watching videos on how to solve the problem.. to no avail.
While playing video games with my son (Fortnite), the sound quality was absolutely terrible. It sounded like I was listening from inside a bin. Incredibly muffled and far away, very harsh sounds. Nothing I did fixed this problem either. Maybe they’re better with x-box or something but when used on my PC, they did not work whatsoever.

They were a gift to my son for his birthday, and he said they work really well and they are very comfortable. They’re both Bluetooth and usb friendly which is very convenient.

Good headphones tbh. Customizable rgb, sounds and mic all with synapse 4 on pc or with the razer audio app.very comfy and stay well in place so good to if you are using it for sports. Battery life is solid, particularly if you turn off the lights. To balance this review id say the cons are that it is not noise canceling but if your volume is loud enough you wont hear a thing, your surrounding can also hear as this is not sounds proof. Overall 9/10
