Surprisingly easy to put together and even came with a bag of extra screws ( marked as extra) . Parts easily labeled . Instructions are very simple and easy to follow.
Soft material and smooth surface. Very comfortable.
Can’t talk about durability as we just got it but it feels very sturdy.

Alot of issues with assembly, and had to find out one of the legs just to be able to fit it in the base to actually be able to use it, and customer support wasn’t very helpful at all, but the pro is it is comfortable once you get it together, not worth the money or the hassle

It’s a fairly large chair, very comfortable indeed. It is easy to assemble, they support great weight. One of the conjines is not attached to the chair so it is easy to position it according to where you need, the only thing is that I am a little small so the height of one of the head cushions is very high, otherwise, the chair is really perfect

Mi primera silla fue una de plastico rustica que era una tortura para mi espalda, mi segunda silla fue una gamer basica muy incomoda y de cuerina sintetica que termino convirtiendose en un dolor de cabeza, mi tercera silla fue una ergonomica en un rango de los 70 dolares, lo cual estaba bien pero no me ofrecia la comodidad que queria, ahora esta silla es simplemente espectacular, muy comoda, la terminacion de los materiales es excelente, muy facil de armar y bien empacada, las costuras de la tela y el diseño estan 10 de 10, el asiento es acolchado pero resortado por lo cual te da una base firme para sentarte lo suficientemente blanda y dura a la vez, la tela es fresca, el unico pero que le veo a esta silla son sus ruedas, en definitiva vale la pena cambiarlas por unas de silicona y creo que es imposible mejorar la silla, el reposa pies es comodo aunque me gustaria un mejor sistema de sacarlo y meterlo, en general esta es una EXCELENTE silla por lo que cuesta.
