Insanely good for price if you don’t care about wireless. My favorite “pro” controller. Mouse click triggers + 4 quality paddles + 2 extra buttons on the top and cost less than most? Not to mention speed and accuracy being best I’ve used.

Its a fast controller no doubt about it,unfortunately it doesn’t goes to 8k polling rate

Decided i want to move away from the x-box controller and heard a lot of good things about this one so decided to give it a shot. The reviews i’ve seen have been spot on. The buttons have that nice click clack sound, triggers are very responsive, i haven’t even utilized the extra buttons yet but so far so good.

Better than the previous v3. The thumb sticks are less stiff and feel more smooth. It comes with changeable thumb sticks. It doesn’t have rumble but I like the feel of lighter controllers. The only downside is that i don’t think it has rapid trigger like the previous v3, the setting doesn’t show up on the app. As for 8k it’s something I’ve never been able to notice even on gaming mice, as long as it doesn’t make the game stutter it should be fine to have it high for better click latency

Razer Wolverine V3 8K Wireless vs Wired on PC
Connectivity. Winner: Wireless. The Pro 8K PC runs at 8000 Hz both wired and over its 2.4 GHz dongle. The Tournament Edition 8K PC is wired only.
Latency and polling. Tie. Both hit true 8000 Hz on PC and feel equally snappy in play when set to 8K in Synapse.
Weight and fatigue. Winner: Wired. The Tournament Edition is about 198 g while the Wireless is about 220 g. The lighter shell is a touch easier on the hands during long sessions.
Haptics. Tie. The Wireless 8K PC omits vibration to save weight and battery. The wired 8K PC version likewise does not advertise rumble. If you want feedback, neither is the pick.
Thumbsticks and caps. Tie. Both use TMR magnetic sensors that fight drift and include swappable caps. Removal takes a firm pull and alignment is a simple arrow to socket fit rather than a magnetic system.
Buttons and D pad. Tie. Mechanical tactile face buttons on both give that crisp mouse like click, with a similarly clicky floating D pad.
Triggers. Tie. Both have Pro HyperTriggers that flip between instant mouse click and full analog travel.
Back controls. Tie. Each has four rear paddles plus two claw bumpers and all are placed well. Enable them in Synapse before mapping in games.
Grip. Tie. Same grippy texture on both, with the dry stippling doing a good job managing sweaty hands.
Battery and charging. Winner: Wireless. Rated up to about 36 hours and charges over USB C. The wired model has no battery to worry about, which some players may prefer, but you are tethered.
Case and accessories. Winner: Wireless. The Pro 8K PC includes a carrying case and a 2 m braided cable. The wired 8K PC does not include a case.
Software. Tie. Both use Synapse 4 with onboard profiles, stick curves, and full remap support.
Compatibility. Tie for PC use. Both are PC only models in this specific 8K lineup.
Price and value. Winner: Wireless. The value is there to pick up the wireless controller. If you do not need cable free play, the wired model can be had for slightly cheaper.
Final take. For pure competitive play on PC the two feel almost identical once set to 8K. I would pick the Wireless if I want cable free convenience and the included case. I would pick the Wired if I want the lightest feel on desk, guaranteed power, and are worried about price.
Overall Winner, Wireless controller.
Ratings
Razer Wolverine V3 Pro 8K PC Wireless: 4.5 stars for overall best controller but loss of haptics for battery life is noticeable in Battlefield Demo but the controller is wildly snappy.
Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament Edition 8K PC Wired: 4 stars and I rate it at 4 stars because you can get an elite controller for less than $150 and it would be a comparable wireless controller.
Xbox Elite 2 controller: 4 stars for reliability issues but premium feel, great compatibility, and good price.

Great controller, feels good in the hands and I like the mouse like buttons.

I really tried to like it, but between the small size of the controller itself and the fact that two buttons lost their click after a week of barely any use, I ended up returning it. It really is a solid controller, even a great one, but I can’t recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have baby hands.
Additionally, I still believe that the potentiometers inside regular controllers offer better precision (with the cost of the eventual stick drift, of course) if you care about that.

Great controller! It matches everything I liked about my Xbox Elite Wireless Series 2, with the bonus of Hall-effect sticks. Stick drift was an issue with too many of my past controllers, so this feels like a real step up. The Razer app takes a little time to learn, but once set up, it works really well. Chose the wired model because $80 is worth putting up with a cord. Definitely recommended this controller!

Similar to v2 in size. Lighter and feels smooth. No haptics with 8k response in thumb sticks is amazing. Can instantly feel and see the difference.
