I’m probably in the minority here but I gotta be completely honest.
When I initially opened the controller, everything looked and felt great. Connected it to my PC via the USB-C cable provided and it worked well…. for about 2 minutes. The right stick started drifting HARD while barely having any use. I disconnected it and reconnected it several times but it didn’t fix the issue. Then I looked at the booklet to see how to connect it to my PC wirelessly. Followed the directions and got it connected and it still didn’t fix the issue and the right back bumper started acting as if it was always pressed when it wasn’t. Mind you, this is all within the first 5-8 minutes of using the controller. Needless to say I’m incredibly disappointed with the product and am returning it the moment I can. For $50 (with tax), I expect a better usability than what I got.

From the first use, this controller impressed me with its quick response time and consistent performance. Every input registers instantly, and the ergonomic design fits naturally in the hands. I absolutely love this controller! The rainbow colour changing lights around the analogue sticks are adorable, and I love the two cute thumb grips that come with it. I would like to mention that they are a little tricky to put on, but if you’re persistent they will go on eventually. Lovely controller overall and comfortable to hold and use.

If You’re into Hello Kitty then this is the controller for you, officially licenced product.
Well made controller that sits comfortable in the hand, three connection modes, wired, Bluetooth and 2,4ghz but the dongle is not included which is bad considering the price.
Has two extra paddle buttons on the underside for extra inputs which can be switched off by a physical switch.
Two front bumper buttons can be adjusted for full travel or half travel by again a small switch.
Can adjust Vibration strength and rgb colours and brightness.
The button layout is Nintendo Switch, when you connect to PC the buttons revert to the Xbox layout, so the A button is at the bottom, you must connect to Pc using Xbox mode, not normal bluetooth which comes up as Geekshare which will not work in the games i tried, although it will connect as Bluetooth controller
Joysticks are accurate as well as the buttons, smooth experience playing RDR2.
If you like the Hello Kitty theme this could be the one for you as it performs well and is multi connection and platform, just a shame there is no 2,4ghz dongle included.

This is so cute and was really easy to connect to my switch. The thumb grips were a bit harder to put on than any other I’ve done, but at least I know they’re secure and they don’t rotate as easily on the stick as my other ones do.
The lights are bright and colorful and the vibration is good.

Arrived early! It works absolutely amazing. They decorative grips were easy to put on and honestly great to okay with. I have used mine with my switch, kindle, and my phone. It’s so easy to switch between. So I love the compatibility. I’ve been using mine daily for about a month or two and so far I have no issues. I even dropped it a few times. So I definitely love this adorable controller.

It doesn’t appear to be able to connect wirelessly to my Switch. I’ve tried everything I can think of and I’ve only been successful in connecting it via USB. I don’t know if it’s the cord or the controller (I’m leaning towards controller, since this doesn’t happen on my Pro controller), but the USB-C comes loose constantly and I have to reconnect. It also turns on my TV even when not in the Switch’s HDMI input — how does that even happen??? So yeah, super cute, but super not great functionally. I wish I could return it, honestly, but I’ve already thrown away the packaging.
Edit: finally got it to connect to my Switch, but it doesn’t stay connected. It worked wirelessly for a few hours yesterday, but today it won’t connect at all.

It’s beautiful and really easy to use! I would also like to know if they might have replacement buttons in the Xbox order (you can’t change them cause each button has a different sized fitting) available because I wanted to switch them visually so I can also play with my nieces who are small and need the visual support while learning.
