I’ll start by saying this is my first stick i play on PC, games being mainly Guilty Gear Strive and SFV at the moment will get SF6 when more characters come out. I also play MK but don’t use a stick on it. This stick is great out of the box, however the buttons were a little loud for my liking…so I switched them out for Seimitsu’s across the board with silencers in them, way more quiet and no rattle any more when shaking the stick around. I kept the stick itself stock and put a Crown DX battop on there instead of the ball top and it just screwed on, finally I put on an octo gate. It was all easy and it required no tools besides the T10 screwdriver to open the bottom to access the inside of the stick if you plan to mod you specifically need an T10 screw driver with at least 3 to be safe inches of length and can’t be too stubby.

I recommend this stick as your first for the following reasons:

The wireless capabilities are great if you’re on PC use the dongle and not Bluetooth for less input lag(its basically non existent).

The size of it is great if you don’t like huge heavy sticks but want something lighter but also doesn’t take up as much space on your lap, yet has a sturdy feel to it.

Its a good price for a starter stick and everything it comes with is great for its price, wireless, and moddable parts. I would recommend replacing the buttons or adding silencers though they can be loud.

This stick has third-party options to allow you to use it on the main consoles as well you just have to search for them if that feature is really that important to you.

All in all great stick I’ve had it for over a year and a half now and its great will upgrade the stick soon again if it ever breaks I’ll probably buy another one.

Voy a esmerarme un poco con esta reseña porque, en lo relacionado a la compatibilidad, hay poca información al respecto y es complicado encontrar respuestas en internet.

El Arcade Stick de 8BitDo es actualmente el Arcade Stick con mejor relación calidad/precio del mercado sin lugar a dudas, la calidad de los materiales, los botones y el stick se sienten de muy buena calidad, además de que son completa y fácilmente sustituibles por piezas de otras marcas como los famosos Sanwa.

Desde la web de 8BitDo puedes descargar un software con el cual puedes modificar la asignación de botones.

Para mi, lo mas importante de este Arcade Stick,
es la amplia compatibilidad que ofrece el dispositivo.

Compatibilidades:

Existen 2 versiones de este Arcade Stick de 8BitDo, la edición licenciada por Xbox, que además de ser más cara, solo es compatible con consolas Xbox One, Xbox Series y y Windows.

Luego tenemos esta edición, la standard, que en mi opinión, es la mejor, ya que tiene una compatibilidad extremadamente mas amplia.

Además de su compatibilidad directa, que sería Android, PC y Nintendo Switch, también es completamente compatible con los adaptadores bluetooth para consolas clásicas de las marcas 8BitDo, retro-bit y Blueretro, por lo que puedes jugar en absolutamente cualquier sistema original como NES, SNES, N64, GameCube Master System, Mega Drive, Dreamcast, PS1, ect… usando los mencionados adaptadores bluetooth.

Además de la conectividad Bluetooth, el Arcade Stick de 8Bitdo incluye un adaptador de 2.4 GHz para poder conectarlo a través de este medio a nuestro PC como alternativa.

Por si no fuera poco, además de la amplia compatibilidad que he comentado, usando el adaptador de 2.4 GHz incluido en el Arcade Stick junto al adaptador MAYFLASH Magic tendremos compatibilidad con absolutamente todas las consolas de Xbox incluyendo a Xbox Series X|S y con todas las consolas PlayStation, incluyendo PS5.

Lo único a tener en cuenta es que existe un adaptador específico para consolas Xbox y otro para consolas PlayStation, el adaptador MAYFLASH Magic tiene precio aproximado de 30€

Anteriormente teníamos la posibilidad de Usar el adaptador Mcbazel Brook Wingman XB 2, pero ha sido prohibido por Microsoft y ya no funciona.
