I originally bought the 1 inch pad but it was too thick for me. I found it hard to balance on my knee in yoga because it was too thick. This .6 inch pad is absolutely perfect. It fits easily in my yoga bag and it is the perfect thickness. Takes so much stress and discomfort off my knees during yoga. Very happy with the quality
