It’s a good quality yoga mat. It’s thick, comfortable and durable. The larger size is more suitable for yoga than standard mats.

I love it! The thickness/thiness ratio is perfect. The material is smooth and durable. I wanted it to do foam rolling at home and it’s perfect for that.
I was hoping that it was bigger. By the picture advertised i thought that it was twice the size. I almost sent to back but i did a test run on it and decided it was perfect for what i needed.
I included my foam roller and standard size broom for reference.
However, it is bigger than a standard yoga mat.

Purchased this for daily exercise. It is large enough to do them comfortably. Its lightweight, rolls up easily, and has a textured surface for grip. It is budget friendly and seems durable so I should get some usage from it

Large, as described. Wants to roll up a bit but if you don’t leave it rolled will flatten out over time. It is hard to roll back right enough to put back in bag.

Excellent yoga Matt I’m a beginner and this is a start for me . For my full figured size this Matt is perfect definitely long enough and plenty wide as well. The thickness is good not to thin and not to thick so you can’t go wrong with this Matt!
