Wow! This mat is so thick that I no longer need extra cushioning for my knees. It’s a little more difficult to roll up, but that’s not a big deal. The blocks are nice, too.

After reading some reviews, I was worried the mat would arrive with scratches. But it came absolutely perfect! It even included free blocks. I love how dense and thick it is, my knees and elbows are bony, so comfort really matters when I put pressure on the mat. And this one is just amazing! I highly recommend it. It may not be the very top quality on the market, but for this price you simply can’t find anything better. I think the only comparable mats are professional ones that cost $60 or more. I definitely recommend it, especially for those like me who tend to get bruises during workouts this mat is a lifesaver!

Purchased this mat because I started an exercise class that requires laying on the floor. Being an older person with bad knees, the mat makes it possible! Excellent cushioning and a handy strap to transport. The pillows are an added bonus…. I did not think about the pillow when looking for mats, but it adds a nice level of comfort.
If the exercise class doesn’t work out for me, I can always use the mat to lay on the garage floor to work on lawn equipment!
