Itโs a great Mat, I love how thick it is, it seems very durable and itโs really pretty too. But I got it so I can do hard yoga on it like upward facing dog variations and so on and I was relying on it being super grippy and not slippery- to my disappointment itโs not, you canโt fully stay in one place without adjusting yourself so you donโt slip after a while, when doing yoga poses.

This is the Best Yoga/workout Mat in the World!! It is Perfectly Textured on BOTH SIDES so that it Doesnโt Slip on any floor at all!!! I am finally Safe on the slick wooden floor in our dance studio! And the mat is the perfect density to protect my knees & elbows without using 2 mats at once! Itโs also super lightweight!!!
I bought 3 mats from Amazon before this one & tried many many different ones from local stores, & this is the ONLY One That Will Not Slide around!

This was such a great purchase! I love how thick and cushiony this mat is which really helps with mat workouts like pilates, planks, pushups, etc.
I also really like how this mat doesnโt slip and stays put, exactly what I needed in a mat.
Black is a solid color choice if youโre debating colors ๐

I love the quality, my tailbone is very close to the surface and is very painful, but this mat lets me do pilates comfortably with no pain. I love it so much! The material feels durable, although Iโve only used it 2x.

i love this mat. its thick and great to kneel on but also sticky enough to not slide on. Most thick mats are too squishy – this is not.

This mat is perfect. It’s squishy enough that my knees aren’t in pain, but firm enough that I can still do balance poses. The two tone color is awesome. And it doesn’t slide around AT ALL. I’ve used it every morning and
my only tiny complain is that it was packaged in a box that was far too big and arrived with the box crushed in so many places. So be aware that there’s a chance it could get damaged in transit if you’re going to purchase this.

This has to be my favorite mat yet! Iโve tried so many including rug style.
Nice and squishy making griping easier. Knees donโt hurt. Really long and I donโt have to scoot to fit the mat. I do wish it was a bit wider and had lines on it for lining up feet. Absorbed sweat and didnโt slip on it.
It has a nice texture that looks like a carpet and has a soft feel to it.
I use mine over my carpet and it doesnโt slide around like some do.
