I’ve been looking for a smartwatch with a large screen and this one is it!
It’s super easy to use and water resistant (as far as rain and sweat goes, it says IP68 so it should be good for shower etc, but I have not tried it).
Lots of watch faces to switch things up and a good variety of activities to track when working out.
The strap is comfortable and adjustable, doesn’t move around while working out! It can play music and take/make calls – 10/10 watch.

I am absolutely thrilled with the RUIMEN D1 Smartwatch!
This thing delivers so much functionality for the price—everything from the 100+ sports modes to the call-answering and message alerts all work smoothly. The 1.85″ HD touch screen is vibrant, easy to read even in bright sunlight, and the IP68 waterproof rating gives peace of mind when I’m running in the rain or washing up.
Health tracking is solid—heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring seem accurate, sleep tracking helps me see where I can actually improve, and I especially like how many watch faces there are to pick from (you can even use your own photo). The build feels durable without being bulky, and the battery life has exceeded my expectations so far.
Overall, an excellent value. If you want a smartwatch that does more than just basics without breaking the bank, this is a no-brainer. It’s super easy to set up too! Highly recommend!

I only have 1 complaint about this watch and that’s the poor grammar on the weather report feature. In reference to UV rays for the day, when it’s cloudy (which it has been every day since I got this watch) it says “Very Weaker”. I don’t know maybe on sunny days it will say “Very Sunny” which will make sense? Other than that it is a great watch especially for the price. It connects to my Samsung Note 20 easily and setup & connection via Bluetooth wasn’t the easiest but I was able to feel my way through it. I get notifications on the watch for messages etc within seconds of them hitting my phone. Watch stays connected as I walk away from my desk at work and through several walls and closed doors. Watch is also visually appealing. Also holds a great charge. I just wish it would charge on my charging station rather than with a magnetic wire with contacts. But those watches are several hundred dollars. I didn’t want to spend that not knowing if I’d wear it regularly. Hopefully it will hold up for a few years. Also I leave the watch a smidgen loose while wearing it. On all of the Smart watches people complain of a rash. Well if it’s strapped down and no air can circulate around the device and you don’t occasionally disinfect it you’re gonna have rashes. Staff lives on everyone’s skin and MRSA lives in your nose, so you need to occasionally clean your devices.

I’ve been using this smartwatch for a few days now and I’m really liking it so far. The step tracker and heart rate monitor work well, and I like checking my messages right from my wrist. It connects easily to my phone, and the battery lasts longer than I expected. The touchscreen is responsive and the design looks clean.
It helps me stay active throughout the day, and I love how lightweight it feels, I barely notice I’m wearing it. I’ve been using it daily, both for work and workouts, and it’s been a great experience overall. Definitely a good value for the price.

I ordered the Ruimen smart watch as a backup for my Samsung Galaxy 5 smart watch. I wanted to see what you got for a watch that is 1/10 the cost. ($30+ to $300+) I expected junk, but I got a beauty instead.
First off, let me say the Ruimen does not have all the whistles and bells that my Samsung watch has. But what it does have is a lot.
I mostly just track steps as I want to walk 8,000 steps a day. Being the nerd I am, I wore both watches for 3 days to see how the step count went. To my surprise, the 1st day the difference was only 0.8%. Second day was 0.6% different Third day was 1.7% different. So both watch tracked very closely to one and another. So I would say the Ruimen was just as accurate as the Samsung watch.
Things I like about the Ruimen…
Start up time. It takes 5 seconds to boot up from off. My Samsung takes 2 agonizingly slow minutes… Come on Samsung, you can do better than that.
BPM. You get a constant beats per minute with the Ruimen. I even put on a watch face that showed bpm continuously. The Samsung you had to be in a sport tracking mode or go to a specific app on the phone to see bpm.
5 day battery life. The Samsung gives me 30 hours at the most, so I am left having to charge it every night. Ironically you can have it track your sleeping but that doesn’t work when it is on the charging stand at night.
Email display. The Ruimen instantly showed on my screen when I got a text or email. (Although the font was very tiny for these old eyes.) Samsung would check every 15 minutes or so then tell me (but with bigger font that I could read easier.)
Price – The Ruimen is 1/10th the price of the Samsung. As far as value (benefits / cost) the Ruimen is a clear winner.
Walking app (when it worked.) GloryFit uses GPS to track you walking and put it on a map. Samsung uses an archaic system of asking how tall you are, then it estimates your stride length and uses that to calculate distance (steps x stride length). I have a short waist and long legs. My wife has a Garmin Lilly which uses GPS to track distance. I am consistently 20% short on my distance when we walk together using Samsung. GloryFit nailed the distance.
Here is what I don’t like about the Ruimen watch.
At first I thought there were only 4 watch faces on it. But through the GloryFit app, you have a 100 watch faces to choose from. The picture shown in this review is one of them. The disadvantage is you can only load ONE optional watch face at a time. So it you want to change the watch face, you need to go to GloryFit and change it there. Takes less than 1 minute to change the watch face. Samsung allows you to download many more to your watch. And you have a ton more 3rd party watch faces to can add to the Samsung.
I have some issues with the GloryFit fitness tracker app. The installation instructions were for an older version of Android. The instructions ask you to find a place to have the GloryFit app load at watch startup. It is not in Android now. But no worries, it happens automatically when you load the app onto your phone.
I also had some connectivity issues when I tried one of the 100+ sports app settings. I did get the walk feature to work finally, and it tracked my walk via GPS perfectly. Other times it wouldn’t connect to my watch. Don’t know why.
Samsung has a lot more apps that work on that watch an Reimen. Most I don’t use.
In summary, the Ruimen is a much better value that the Samsung if money is an issue. But if you want all the whistles and bells, I still like my Samsung and will continue to wear it. The Ruimen is going to be my trusty backup and I will wear it when I travel or are out in harsh environments.

Bought for my mum. She really likes it. It is quite big but that is not a criticism. Great value

This watch really surprised me with how complete it is. It has a modern design, feels comfortable, and works perfectly with both Android and iPhone. What I love the most is that I can make and receive calls directly from the watch — super convenient for everyday use. The 1.85-inch HD screen looks great, and the heart rate and activity trackers help me stay more aware of my health. It’s easy to use, practical, and stylish. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a functional and affordable smartwatch.

I love this watch! You can see who is calling or texting. And you can reply the texts. Plus you can set a goal to burn calories and it helps showing how much you walk. Is easy to setup and perfectly meets my needs.

I liked it for tracking my steps. The other functions didn’t seem super accurate. It stopped holding a charge after 13 months of use.

What an amazing watch! From its sleek and modern design to its impressive range of features, this Ruimen smartwatch delivers incredible value for money. I was genuinely surprised at how much functionality is packed into such a stylish device.
Once the app connects (which was quick and easy), it’s plain sailing from there. The interface is intuitive with informative menus and simple-to-follow sub-levels, making navigation a breeze. One of my favorite aspects is the ability to customize the watch face—there’s a large selection ranging from detailed data-rich displays to minimal, classic analog styles.
Charging is fast—just under 2 hours—and the battery life is outstanding. I easily get a full week of use on a single charge, even with regular feature use.
The health and fitness tracking features are spot on. I can measure my heart rate, mood, oxygen levels, steps, and calories. It even lets me play games, check messages, emails, and social media—all from my wrist. But my absolute favorite feature? The ability to find my phone using the watch.
Thank you, Ruimen, for making such a reliable, feature-packed, and user-friendly smartwatch. Highly recommended!
