It’s a great substitute for my Apple Watch. I was looking for a watch that connected to my iPhone fitness and health apps and stay charged for days so I could wear it at night while I sleep. It has met all my expectations and even surprised me with some extras I didn’t know were there.

I bought this watch five months ago and found it to be a great smartwatch for tracking my fitness. I started walking regularly, and once I was able to dial in the app to be accurate for my weight and height, it worked very well. (this definitely took some trial and error, and while it’s not true to my actual height, it’s now tracking distance with the accuracy of a treadmill!) It’s a great means of encouragement to walk more every day, set and track goals, and experiment with different sport modes (walking, hiking, bicycling, etc.)
In the first five months of wearing the watch, tracking my steps and fitness, and eating smaller, healthier meals, I lost 85 pounds! I owe a lot of my success to the watch as it kept track of everything and got me in the mindset of matching or beating my previous stats.
Sadly, it does not hold up to water. With a rating of “IP68 Waterproof” I was hoping for more, but playing in the surf one afternoon was enough to kill it. It worked while I was wearing it, but later that evening it wouldn’t turn on and wouldn’t charge. Sadly, the watch died.
Here’s where the fantastic customer service comes in. I wrote to the manufacturer and explained the situation. Through a series of emails, they ran me through some diagnostics – just to make sure the watch wouldn’t come back on. After a few email exchanges, they agreed the watch was dead and promptly sent me a replacement watch at no charge. I received the watch within a few days, synced it to the app, and I was once again recording my fitness and back on track.
I am thrilled with this watch and it has helped me get into shape. The customer service is polite and attentive, and the replacement watch is working like a charm. This time, I will be far more protective around water.

Amazing watch! Works perfectly with my phone, Wifi and Bluetooth! Great battery life that shows accurate data with a bright screen to see! Excellent value for the price. Way less expensive that competitors and fits me perfectly. I wear with all my outfits, love it! And customer service is top notch!!

The first day it was great. I loved the reminders and it was nice to be able to choose from a pretty good selection of watch faces for free. However, randomly on the second day, no matter what I did in the settings the reminders stopped. The reminders were the biggest reason why I wanted a smart watch in the first place. The watch also started to become uncomfortable to wear. To be fair, it’s a men’s watch so it’s probably not made for my wrist size, but the constant rubbing made my wrist sore.  The sleep measuring also doesn’t track your pulse like I had anticipated, but just your movement, and that’s not very accurate.  If you’re watching tv before bed for example, fairly static but still moving around a bit, it will see it as a sleep session but the movement as just slight unrest. I’m giving it three stars because my mom got the same watch and loved hers, but it just didn’t work for me. 

So far, I love it. It’s simple, not all the features of the more expensive watches. I get messages ( can not respond to texts FYI) phone calls are great come in clearly and loud. It helps me not miss any messages but not be tied to my phone. I love the alarm clock, and the personalized face options. The band is very comfortable to wear even to sleep in. The battery has so far been very good, and can set the battery on save mode, change the brightness too. All in all a really great minimized watch.
