I’ve struggled with severe stomach issues for most of my life. Lactose intolerance & IBS-Mixed. I’ve been taking 2 a day everyday in the morning 30 minutes before coffee for the last 3 months. I’ve noticed the bloat is gone and I can eat my high fiber foods without digestive challenges. I eat really healthy which, in the past, has made things difficult almost daily. But now it’s a complete difference. Totally worth the money and the packaging is really great. I have used other vegan probiotic and prebiotics before, but this one is very effective. I get bubble gut from IBS, but after 3 days it has settled by gut. There is no bad taste or smell to it. I think it is easy to swallow, but other than that it seems like a pretty high quality supplement, and seems worth the big price tag. I wish it was more affordable, but it is what it is.

This product you did absolutely nothing for me and I thought this was satisfaction guaranteed and after a week or a week and a half I tried to return the product and was denied. My fiber capsules from Walmart for five dollars a bottle work better than this
I must say that after this review seed contacted me and they are refunding me. I have no doubt it is a good product. It just did not work for me and Amazon would not take it back. I changed my rating from a one to four for this reason.
