I tried Ryze because I was convinced by allll the influencers selling this product that this must work to some extent. And I agree with a lot of what they say— the mushroom coffee does support a healthy gut. It relieves a lot of bloating and makes me less inclined to eat sugary food. It almost makes my stomach feel so balanced that I don’t want to put junk in it (sugar, bread, big heavy meals). It has also cleaned up my face acne. I used to get big cystic acne around my chin, probably from imbalanced hormones, and Ryze seems to have helped clear that up and brighten my skin. Im not sure it has greatly increased my focus but it has lowered my anxiety from coffee and it seems to have improved my mood (a little). I don’t think this product actually aids in weight loss— that’s a lie from the influencers. I don’t think this tastes “chocolatey” or “nutty.” It actually tastes pretty gross when you first try it by itself. BUT it does have a smooth texture, and it tastes fine with a tablespoon or two of a low/no sugar creamer.
I don’t know how other options for mushroom coffee compete, but I like this enough to keep purchasing it.

Purchase this product 6 times already, and I’ll tell you what, “I cannot live without it!”.
I need to stop drinking normal coffee as I will have diarrhea every single morning. Makes me feel tired and couldn’t concentrate my work everyday. Until I saw this product and give a try. From the first day it works great for my stomach, having normal toilet routine. The big impact that I appreciate about is that my energy is way incredibly strong compared before. Even sometimes I couldn’t have 8 hours sleep, I will get up tired and as long as I had a sip of Ryze mushroom coffee my energy and concentration will be stable and as if I got something that makes my energy level incredible! Love the taste as well.
The thing is it might be a little bit pricey but for me it worth it!

For 51 years, I was a coffee-smeller, not a coffee-drinker. The aroma was always inviting, but the taste? Not for me. Lately, though, those mid-morning slumps at work became unbearable, so I decided to finally give coffee another shot. But I wasn’t looking to become a wired-up caffeine addict, so I chose Ryze Mushroom Coffee for its more balanced approach.
My first sip was a familiar “nope.” The coffee taste was just as strong as I remembered. Thankfully, my wife—a lifelong coffee drinker—suggested adding some non-dairy creamer. I grabbed some almond creamer with a coffee cake flavor, added a couple of splashes to my Ryze, and took it with me on my morning commute.
What a difference! The creamer made it taste much smoother and more enjoyable. While it’s mushroom coffee, the flavor and aroma are surprisingly just like regular coffee. I can confidently say I am now a coffee drinker. Ryze keeps me alert and focused without the jittery, wired feeling or the afternoon crash.
