I bought the Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine Monohydrate (120 servings), and my experience has been very positive. The powder mixes easily with water or juice, leaving no clumps and with a completely neutral taste. This makes it perfect to combine with protein shakes or pre-workouts without affecting flavor.
In terms of performance, after a few weeks of consistent use I noticed improved strength during lifts and reduced muscle fatigue. Recovery between intense training sessions has also been better.
The 120 servings presentation lasts a long time, especially since one scoop per day is enough. The container is sturdy and easy to store.
🔹 Pros:
Mixes well, no clumps.
Neutral flavor, easy to combine.
Improves strength and recovery.
Great value with 120 servings.
🔸 Cons:
Not all containers come with a scoop (would be helpful).
The tub is a bit bulky for carrying around.
Overall, Optimum Nutrition Creatine is one of the most reliable and effective options available. Perfect if you’re looking to boost performance and recovery with a simple, high-quality supplement.

Highly recommend.
Essentially Tasteless. Can have in water or mix in anything. I do feel a difference in my energy level and focus. Zero issues with digestion. I am a guy over 50. I am pretty active and go to the gym 4-5’s a week + active on the weekend. I am far from hard core though I am active and doing my best to stay that way.
There is a ton of science backing creatine is a super supplement with results for both men and women over 40 not only for muscles , though for bones and cognitive improvement and safe for decades of long term use. I have started with 5g (1 tablespoon). From my research between 5gs -10 grams is the sweet spot. Fair price and quality company.

I’ve been using this creatine for a few months now, and it’s exactly what I was hoping for — simple, pure, and effective. There’s no weird taste, and it mixes surprisingly well compared to other creatines I’ve tried in the past. I usually throw a scoop in with my post-workout shake, and it dissolves completely if you give it a quick stir or shake.
The biggest thing I’ve noticed is better endurance during my lifts and faster recovery afterward. It’s not some miracle supplement, but if you stay consistent, the difference becomes obvious after a few weeks. My strength numbers have definitely gone up, and I don’t feel as wiped out after heavy days.
Overall, it’s affordable, clean, and does exactly what it says it will. Can’t really ask for more than that.

It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I’m not picky so I don’t mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!

This supplement is ideal for anyone who trains regularly. After taking it daily for about a week, I’ve noticed a clear improvement in my endurance, I can now do more reps and lift slightly heavier weights. If you want to enhance your physical performance, this is a supplement worth adding to your routine, right alongside protein.
One thing to note is that it doesn’t dissolve very easily when mixed with just water. It’s better to use a shaker bottle or blender to ensure it mixes well and can be consumed smoothly.
In terms of price, it’s excellent, for around $30, you get 120 servings, which lasts about six months if you take one per day.
Overall, it’s an effective, affordable, and worthwhile supplement for anyone looking to improve their training results.

As a 43-year-old woman, I noticed that muscle gain and recovery were becoming increasingly difficult. This creatine has been an absolute game-changer. It dissolves very well and is easy to take. If you are looking for real results after 40, this is the creatine! Totally recommended.

This is the highest, purest creatinine I have seen. It is micronized and much finer than any other creatine I have used. ON is so large that they have the ability to make the best quality products for a good price.

Optimum Nutrition Creatine is really good! It mixes easily with water or protein shakes and has no weird taste or texture. I’ve noticed better strength and endurance during my workouts since I started using it. It also helps with muscle recovery and overall performance.
The quality is excellent, and it’s from a trusted brand, so you know you’re getting something clean and effective. Great value for the price — definitely one of the best creatines out there!

This is a good brand, in fact I read it’s the best selling creatine on the market. Price wise it is good. Not as much as some competitors but also not as cheap as some. I have the blueberry lemonade and unflavored versions. As one might expect the unflavored has no taste (so that’s good) and the blueberry lemonade has a pretty good taste. Neither tastes chalky IMO or is gritty. However, this brand doesn’t truly mix that well compared to some others. You can mix it pretty thoroughly with hand blender and it’s still cloudy and within a minute or so it’s all at the bottom of the glass. I’ve had other brands that seem to completely dissolve. Honestly it’s not a big deal to me. I just pour it in a small glass of water and then give it a quick stir and drink the whole thing in a couple seconds and don’t seem to lose anything. If you sit and sip it though it will def have already settled at the bottom and you’ll miss out on some. Also this brand doesn’t include a scoop, which is kind of strange, but they say it’s for the environment or whatever so I guess that’s cool. So to get 5 grams you use a rounded teaspoon or half tablespoon for 7.5 g. No biggie but a scoop would be nice.
