Good vitamin D softgels. I take these for muscle pain after working out. I find it somewhat effective and it is better than not taking it at all. I did not notice any abnormal hair growth or upset stomache. No significant smell. Sleep is normal with children i cannot tell if it makes me more sleepy or not. The softgels are small and super easy to swallow.
