These are easy to swallow, even for people who have problems swallowing pills. They have no taste or aftertaste at all. I think the size is just fine.

I’ve been taking these daily for the last few months, they have zero taste and have not caused any issues that I can find. Neither have they improved my gut health beyond what I already experienced, but that is expected since I’ve been taking probiotics for a few years now. Maintenance seems to be key.
Make sure you do your own research about probiotics and gut health. There are new papers out saying these can sometimes cause issues.
