To get my Vitamin D3 levels right without overdoing it, I have been taking one a day. My D levels are still increasing , I test about every 40-50 days. I will probably need to ease back to 1 every two days at some point. If you are taking Vitamin D , you need to take regular blood tests , if you over do it, the consequences can be catastrophic for some people, everyone is different, I most likely need about 1000-5000 IU a day while I am overweight(need to lose weight due to medical condition) some people can take 50,000 a day

Fantastic product. Vitamin D levels are hard to keep up with levels of vit D in drugstore brands and also commonly don’t contain the ingredient K2, which this supplement dose and it helps with absorption of the vit D. Super easy, just take in the morning every day, no stomach upset I’ve noticed. With the coconut oil base it’s kind of a cloudy yellowish pill. I’ve had Dr’s recommended around 50,000ius a week, so if you just take it 5 days a week you’re already at that! Minimal ingredients other than the actives and at a very good price.

I think this has to build up in your system to be most effective. It is a small gelcap that does not have much of a taste. The dose is one pill each day. I think it’s best when takeen with vitamin B12. Good value for a good quality. I also have more energy when taking.

I’ve been trying the Micro Ingredients Vitamin D3 + K2 and so far it’s been a good experience. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, which makes them very convenient compared to other large capsules I’ve tried before. I also like that they use coconut oil for better absorption. It’s too soon to notice long-term effects, but it feels like a high-quality supplement and the amount of capsules in the package is a great value.
