We received this product Sept. 27. It is now Oct. 5, and we are getting a refund…
1) The pulse massage only sits at one particular part of the ankle, which may not be where you need the therapy. This was the case for me. I needed it at the top of my ankle, not the side.
2) Charge only holds for about 2, 30 minute sessions. Then it needs a full charge.
3) We bought two. One of which quit working in the middle of using it, after it had just been freshly charged. I attempted to charge it again, with no results. This happened after just using it a handful of times. They are both getting sent back.

I’ve been using the FootRenew Massager for a few days now and I’m really impressed. The wrap is soft, easy to put on, and it heats up quickly without getting uncomfortable. I love being able to switch between the 3 vibration modes and different heat levels—it lets me customize exactly how I want to relax.

I’ve only had the Rejuvacare FootRenew for 2 days and wow it already makes a big difference. The wrap is soft and easy to slip on and it heats up fast without feeling too hot. I like that there are 3 vibration modes and 5 heat levels so I can play around and find what feels best.
After a long day my feet feel sore and this just melts the tension. It’s light and cordless so I can move around or just sit on the couch and relax. Battery lasts fine I haven’t had to charge it much yet.
Honestly for sore tired feet this thing is awesome and I’m already hooked.

Beware! You are only buying one foot at a time. So you meed to buy 2 to work. Very very mosleading sale. However, a much more significant flaw is that the battery failed completely after six or seven uses. The charge has lasted only a day each time I recharged, but after a week, the device is broken and useless. I returned the device. Very unsatisfactory experience.

So disappointed in this Foot Renew product ! I ordered two and charged them before using. But, unfortunately to my surprise, BOTH of them did not even turn on. Charged then again………nothing. Called the seller to initiate a return. They were not responsive at all is wanting to accept a return ! Had to call Amazon direct to do the return and was successful. This was not a cheap product. Surprised that both weren’t in working order ! I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this cheaply manufactured brand made in China. They usually promise a guarantee on returning then have no intentions of accepting your return. Buy at your own risk !
