Now it’s dead.
Even before it died, I wasn’t impressed, It’s slower, colder, and about 10,000 times as my corded one, that worked for years.
Even if it charges, you can’t use it while it’s charging, it takes 5 hours to charge completely, and i think it claims to last for 90 minutes, but I don’t think I got that much across the 3 charges total. It doesn’t massage with any kind of power, and the heat was weak as well.
This might be my most disappointing purchase this year, and that’s saying something. That teaches me to try to have the best and brightest thing. Save your money, buy one of the older model tanks that has a nice thick cord to keep it going forever.

I never write reviews, but this item was so damn amazing. I have to say something about it. I always have tension in my neck and shoulders. That’s a daily occurrence as in back pain and somebody with a lot of stress and carry it physically… This massager was so unbelievably awesome. I could not believe it. I cannot believe it’s a machine and not a person. It literally hits all of the spots and pressure points that a good masseuse would. But this is better because the pressure is consistent and really so strong it’s even too much for me, which is rare. I just can’t believe a machine can hit every single point on the spine area so beautifully. This was ecstasy for me. I loved it.

I have alot of neck & shoulders pain, the very first time I used it, I was hooked. The straps allow you to move it where you want it & apply pressure. It Also works great on my back too. The heat is mild to moderate, but the 16 knobs really work out the kinks and relieved my pain 💯 I like how it rotates inward, and then stops a moment to then rotate outward. I let my family members try it, they loved it too. They all bought one too. It stops automatically after 15 minutes as stated in description. And that’s generally all I need per use. When I needed more, I restarted it without heat and it continued to work just fine. I Love it and I Highly Recommend this product!!!
