So far so good….hoping it relieves fluid in knees with mild neuropathy knees to feet.  After first use 30min (low heat, low massage) my hurt knee felt a lot better!  Knee didnt bother me overnight or during workout fir 1st time in 4mo. Massage isnt constant, its pulsating.  Heat is constant. Use says 30min max per session.   The massage pulse makes my hurt knee tendon vibrate a little & it aches just a little during treatment. But after session it feels pretty good…it stimulates blood flow to area & relieves some inflammation in both knees.  We’ll see over time.
Note: i have to use the extender straps to fit my thighs but calf strap works ok.  Charges via included cable to usb port. Have legs propped up during use.
