Very easy to assemble and takes up very little space.
I’ve been using this for about a month now and I can see and feel the difference.
My arms are tighter, I have less back pain because my diaphragm is stronger and my waistline looks better.
I didn’t loose weight but I wasn’t trying either. I was just looking for at home gym equipment that would help with toning and building onto my muscle mass.

Easy to put together and stores against the wall for quick access out of the way. Lightweight so i can set it up myself despite my injury. I was so afraid this would hurt me to use, but it allows to me to work muscles i otherwise wouldnt be able to use without flaring up my back. I have only been using it for a few days but so far very satisfied with the ability to give a good muscle burn without hurting me.

This machine feels premium, came well packaged and ‘functions’ smoothy. I have no concerns about the quality but I do not think this is a viable solution to core exercises. Maybe it’s a personal opinion but I did 100 of these a day for a month and didn’t see a difference. It doesn’t feel difficult to use even after a lot of reps & a steeper angle. Easy set up and great workout! Happy with my purchase. Not a heavy machine, great quality and easy storage.

I put together in about 15 minutes. There are no clear step by step instructions, so I looked at the screws, the two pins (one is shorter than the other) and saw where they all fit. That’s it. Build, The machine is put together. Size, I’m 5’ 10” size is good for me. Workout raises heart rate. Weight, I’m 70 and 185lbs. Luckily I have other pieces of home gym equipment and try to stay physically fit. Value , everything is built in China, the plastic parts and the foam will break down soon, but that’s what we live with today. All in all, I think it’s a good investment.
