Nice to be able to use all controls on just ab wrap if traveling. No need to worry about it being charged if you have three units to keep you powered the entire trip or even at home. Works well. Not having to replace gel pads makes it worth the cost. The waist belt fits comfortably and I am noticing results fast. I use one of the arm belts on my calf to help rebuild the muscle after I was in a car accident . It’s helped me build enough muscle to walk without so much pain. The belts are very easy to clean afterwards. They store easily and charging them is a breeze.
