The Name –
Abs are something hard to work out, it’s time consuming and this does seem to be helping. As some learn later in life, working can really take time and that can affect you. Not every work place will provide those tools to keep you healthy. That’s why I got this. My stomach use to be in shape until I let myself go, it was my fault since my metabolism kept my weight in control. One day I look at pictures and realize to late what had happened. Having this will allow us to not struggle as much and it can be use for many other work out routine.

Great resistance and lots of different exercise options to work different parts of body. I’m a little disappointed that I don’t feel it working my abdomen as much as I had wished but time will tell.

As a 63 year old with multiple chronic conditions, this guy (I call mine Sit-up Dude) is making a huge difference. Core muscles matter! I started off being able to do around 10 situps 2-3 times per day at level 2. So far I’ve added the tricep and bicep exercises, too. My ability has increaed over 4 weeks and I’ve bumped up the intensity and number of reps several times.
An absolutely excellent birthday present for myself and my husband is also using it.

OMG MY NEW GYM PARTNER. I have a small one bedroom apartment so I take it with me to the gym. It is so convenient to carry into the gym. I do the treadmill or the stair stepper or the bike and then I do the rest of my workout with this. It is amazing. It is the best addition to my workout, I feel the results when I use it. I’m seeing the results and I’ve only had it for a week. I use it daily. I love it. One of my very best purchases! I plan on getting the squat machine as well soon thank you for creating this. It totally is everything and more. I get more situps and because it’s almost like my back is being massaged I don’t have lower back pain like I used to trying to do situps the arm.
