This machine would be a good idea. If every time you try to pull up the handle bar grips slide down and they hurt your arms.

I was looking for equipment to target my abdomen. I have bad knees and I was able to use this equipment with no problem. Surprisingly I get a really good workout. I do 4 sets of 25 reps. Equipment has diff settings for more challenging workouts.
It’s made well, Is light and very easy to put together. Does not take up much space. I do recommend it.

Glad that I brought this machine. It is very smooth to move up and down. It doesn’t make a sound at all. The cushion is very thick so it doesn’t hurt the arm and the knees. It also comes with a resistance band to work out the arm. The machine is very stable on ground. There is a link on the instructions for a video of how to put the machine together. It takes just a few steps to assemble.
