Simple but sturdy design, does what it’s supposed to do. Compared to other training gear for the neck muscles, the price isn’t too bad, and there’s a lot you can do with it.

Much better device vs head harnesses due to simple design, ease of use/convenience, and not being tedious to set up (pick up and go). Can also be used easily for weighted sissy squats, GHRs/Nordic curls. It’s a step up from wearing a beanie or using a towel with a plate and progression is easier due to ability to secure multiple plates easily with locking nut
Only downside is no functionality for more niche neck movement exercises involving compression, decompression (head harnesses, cables, resistance bands, hands for resistance, etc. required)

I bought this because my neck a d upper back are not good. I was really looking forward to receiving this so I could start working on the problem. This piece of equipment is proprietary. I can’t use my existing weight plates with it at all. I completely overlooked this, my bad. When I looked closer at their stuff I see that its all proprietary. I strongly suggest not buying this or anything from them unless you want to keep paying.
