Positives: I assembled this in about 2 hours by myself. The instructions are easy enough. It probably would have gone faster with help, but I didn’t have any so… here we are. Also would have been faster if I had more experience finding the studs in the wall, but that’s not the machine’s fault. Machine was packed well and the parts are partially assembled already so you just need to take the bolts out of most parts, attach and put the bolts back in. Loving the included rope, bars and pull handles. Love that it gives the option for 1” and 2” weight plates too!

Negatives: The cables don’t glide well … AT ALL. You can pull the handles down and it takes A WHILE to go back to the original position for another rep. When the pulley is at the top setting, it doesn’t glide at all either for pull downs. I looked online to see if this was usual. I found there is an oil that may help with this. I feel like it would be awesome to include a small bottle of it with the bolts and screw package so an excited person like me could work out right away instead of waiting for some to come in the mail or searching for it in the store.

Nonetheless, I do not regret this buy AT ALL! I’m sure once the oil is applied, it will work fine. It looks so clean and professional in my home gym. It truly completed the workouts I’ll be able to do without taking up too much floor space. Bravo and a pat on the back to whoever designed this!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Great quality, not super expensive for the product, I have used it multiple times and I thought the build was going to be way harder, especially with all the pullys, it was way easier than expected. It took about 1:30-2 hrs.

Very easy to put together with two people. Love it for my home gym.

This piece of equipment is great. Constructing and installation in my home gym was pretty easy but definitely takes two people to get the cables woven through each pulley. Use a level to make sure the unit is straight vertically or else it doesn’t slide very well on the poles. Once level it works great and can handle good weight. Have used it probably 20 times so far and no complaints. Also came with some handles and a rope that appear to be good quality and feel solid.

This pulley system is designed well and looks very nice as well. I took my time with the directions with assembly straight forward with the printed instructions. The screws were labeled and easy to access. Don’t over tighten the pulleys and i read a comment about adding a spray lubrication on the pulleys providing a smoother movement with all weight amounts. I did Bolt the pulley system to the studs but not directly on the sheetrock. I cut 2x4s to the size of the brackets screwing down to the studs on the sheetrock first then using the supplied bolts to bolt the unit to the 2x4s. I have been using the unit for 2 weeks with no issues. I only wished the system was supplied with 3 to 4 more clamp rings because attaching the accessories to the rings on the pulleys turns the handles on the wrong direction. I have only placed a max of 100lbs so far. I currently don’t see the use for the supplied bar clamps since the angled weight holders allow the weights to sit with no movements. I do worry about the screw pin that provides adjustments for the 18 positions since the part attached to the pin is plastic knob that may break in the future so be careful not to over tighten to prevent breakage. I have used the system for all upper body varies exercises. I have not determined if there is a way to incorporate lower body with the pulley system. Great product! I really like there is no fixed weight selection using your own weights makes this unit work the time and money.
