Great product. Directions were simple and pretty easy to read. It has 4 difficultly settings and if your a beginner or a pro this is a machine for all. Folds up fairly flat and fits under the bed or against the wall with ease.

I love that this machine folds up and stores away easily, it’s easy to assemble easy to use and takes up little space. Definitely gives you a work out without a lot of hassle.

I’ve been using this ab machine for a couple weeks and honestly, it gives a really solid workout. The dual track design makes the motion feel smooth and controlled, and I can definitely feel it working my core after just a few sets. It’s compact enough to slide into a corner when I’m done, which is a huge plus.
The only downside? The paint on the tracks started chipping after just a few uses. It doesn’t affect the function (so far), but it’s kind of disappointing for something that’s brand new. I wish the finish held up better because otherwise, this is a great piece of equipment for at‑home workouts.
