This abdominal machine trainer arrived securely packed. Although the wording and diagrams in the instruction booklet were not easy to decipher, I was able to put it together with the tools provided. When assembling it, I realized that some of the screws were already attached to larger parts, and this was not always reflected in the instructions.
Once assembled, the machine is quite sturdy and feels secure when I hold onto the handlebars and pull myself forward. The colored sponge cushions (mine are purple) are thick and comfortable. I don’t feel any pressure on my body when I press against the cushions because they are very thick.
Although the tension cannot be adjusted, the level of incline can be changed to make movements easier or more difficult.
The package came with some lightweight exercise bands and an “exercise computer”, which I haven’t tried yet. A battery for it is included.
Overall, this abdominal machine is a low-tech way to strengthen my core muscles and will be an effective (and attractive) addition to my exercise equipment.

The instructions were not very helpful. The pictures showing what goes where is a puzzle to figure out, but once you do figure it out, it’s pretty simple to put together. The padding for the knees is so thick and soft, I have really bad knees and they are pretty soft on them. I love the counter and calorie time counter. Great slide when using the product. I weigh about 215 pounds and this has handled my weight quite well.

This machine definitely works your core, glutes and whole body. It was not as easy to put together with the instructions but I was able to figure it out and it worked successfully. I got creative and also used it for my Thighs/Glutes for a more challenging effect.
I’m looking forward to all that I can accomplish with my goals. It’s very sturdy, I love the bonus resistance bands that comes with it and it made of quality material. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to have a toned physique rather they’re just starting out with their fitness goals or more advanced.

I like the machine so far, but the instructions to put it together were terrible. You can figure it out, but assembly took longer than it should have and was frustrating. You can do a few different exercises with the machine, not just crunches. I like the versatility of it. It’s slim and folds down nicely to stand it up against a wall. I’m using it in a small space and it’s working well. For the price, it’s a great machine.
