I absolutely love this strap and the app that comes with it. I no longer use my chest strap heart rate monitor since this one is so accurate and gives me real time feedback when I’m on a bike ride. Visually very appealing app that shows extremely detailed Information about distance, altitude gained, speed, heart rate during segments of my bike ride etc. This strap is absolutely amazing and I’m very pleasantly surprised at how well everything works. I could not recommend this more highly . I also wear it at night and it gives me very detailed information about sleep, oxygen saturation, heart rate, heart rate variability and breathing rate.

It’s an extremely good, helpful product for health and fitness enthusiasts. The depth and detail of information and metrics that the band provides is nothing short of amazing.
Step counting, heart rate tracking, sleep tracking, calculation of of sleep apnea risk, skin temperature, HRV, exertion level, PAI calculation, a calculation of biocharge (overall recovery and energy for the day), calorie burn and intake monitoring, stress levels, blood oxygen, and a large variety of workout monitoring. Is it a “Whoop Killer”? Mmm.. not really. But at its price, for what it provides, it’s worth every penny, and it’s a strong competitor. If there is any negative, it does take a bit for its calculation on active calorie burn to calculate correctly, and its automatic workout tracking is… problematic. Turn it off. It has an enormous battery life off just one charge and its overall functionality is extremely deep. If you’re a health and fitness buff, I guarantee that you’ve spent more money on far, far worse products than this. The Helio strap is the real deal.

Been looking for such a device for a long time. Could never stomach the subscription model – so this is refreshing. After the first few weeks, the Helio appears very accurate, and the data is super insightful. I have already changed some daily habits as a result, and I pay more attention to the bio charge. Nice to see the Polar land a new device also. These devices are only going to get better. Looking forward to the arm band being available in Australia soon.

This is my first wearable – I just thought I’d give it a try. Overall, I’m very happy with the product. It’s intuitive and easy to use, the Zepp app works well, and the battery life is excellent. So far it’s been well worth the price and I’d recommend to anyone.

In particular, I’d note the absence of a required subscription – which for me was very important.

I bought this band because I have a chronic illness and wanted something to help me with pacing myself. My Apple Watch just wasn’t doing enough. I have been interested in the visible band, but it’s pricey with the subscription, as are all the other bands in the same realm. I wanted something to track my pulse and liked the idea of the biocharge! I’ve had this band almost a month now and I have nothing but great things to say! It’s very accurate at tracking my sleep, pulse, and activity. I love that you can even easily track calories in the app as well! It charges quickly and last for 10 days (I’m amazed!!) I like the biocharge feature, but don’t feel like it’s accurate for someone who has chronic illness. I notice I am completely wiped out by 40-50 biocharge, which a healthy person that may be accurate. With that in mind, the band helps with what I wanted it for. I do wish there could be some sort of setting for chronically ill people, so it encourages me to slow down and take breaks instead of encouraging to keep working out. Overall, great purchase and the app is amazing and I’m so pleased that almost all features are available for free! P.S. I did buy a separate bicep band to wear on my arm so I still have space for my Apple Watch, would love to see more band options, maybe something stretchy/cloth?

I enjoy collecting watches so I wanted a fitness tracker that wasn’t a watch and doesn’t beep and vibrate every time I get a text, call or email. It does a great job of monitoring my workouts, heart rate, sleep and many other things. It tracks my resting HR and HRV, when it’s out of normal range it indicates overtraining or illness. Battery life is great, the bio charge meter works and HR is dead on with my chest strap all with no subscription. I purchased a bicep strap which I wear most of the time and it seems to be more accurate on my upper arm except steps, I don’t care about steps so it doesn’t matter to me. It does not read blood pressure, which I wish it did, maybe Amazfit will include that in an update soon.

App is good, cheaper than Polar ($250+ shipping) or Whoop ($199/year) but gets that job done. Health tracking is good, sleep tracking is decent. My only nitpick is when you have a set pattern during walking exercise, mileage isn’t properly counted but the steps are.

I purchased this fitness tracker because I wanted something non-bulky/intrusive that could track sleep and fitness. I was not looking for a smart watch but a dedicated fitness tracker. Some may not like the lack of screen but this was a selling point for what I wanted. But I will say the actual device does look a bit cheap when using other compatible wristbands that show the device face unlike with the complimentary band. Additional bands were easy to find and switch out. I bought new bands as I wanted some color and something a bit more sweat proof to avoid smells, but i did like the band that came with the device. The device while a little bit cheap looking seems to be pretty durable. As for functionality I have no complaints. The battery lasts long enough to wear I forgot that I forgot that it needs to be charges, waterproof for going to the beach and showering care free, and tracks my runs effectively. The app/software could definitely be better as in more intuitive user face, more accurate scores, and an expanded workout selection (pickleball). When I was in the market for a new fitness tracker I bought this pretty early after it released so it seems they are still making software updates and improving things. At this price point I am not sure you can do much better and has put this brand on my radar for future purchases.

Overall, I would recommend this fitness tracker for those who want something functional and non-flashy to better their lifestyle and fitness routines.

    Great tracker
    Pros:
    – I get about 6-7 days of battery life. I keep all the feature turned on.
    – it’s simplicity makes it sleek in all situations, and I can wear my analog watch on my other had.
    – but for activity tracking, sports, sleeping and Bio. This device is amazing.

    Cons:
    – I cannot find how to buy an original replace strap. I like that version.
