The soles are a bit hard, but you can replace the insoles yourself.

I got these shoes for work and they are nice and comfortable for long shifts. You don’t slide around and they fit nice. They’re also not heavy and pretty lightweight. Its worth the purchase if you need nonslip shoes for work.
