This is a wonderful sounding speaker. For the size of the speaker it has great sound. I did some reading of the hardware and it’s pretty great. Nice sleek design. Great battery life. I feel like it charges rather quick and last for a good long while. I’ve also played around with the EQ settings and there’s a nice customization there. The only problem with this thing is the cost. Whoa! Close to $300. This thing would be great out on the boat or beach but I couldn’t see how you could justify that cost. Sounds great tho!

When this arrived, I was shocked at the weight of this. There was a considerable heft to the box. When I opened the box, I was greeted by a blue marvel of a speaker. To me it looks very “Bose”, and I mean that in the best way. But make no mistake, this is not a speaker you would clip to a fanny pack and walk around (believe me, I tried!) Instead, this is a party machine in an extremely compact size. I was SHOCKED at the sound this was able to produce, both in clarity and volume.
Setup process was easy, although I did have a little trouble getting the speaker connected in the Bose App. If you have ever paired a Bluetooth device before, this will be a breeze.
The buttons feel high quality. They are easy to press, yet are indented do you do not accidentally press them as you are moving the speaker around. I have been using this all over the house and yard. Since it is loud yet portable, I have found myself wanting to use it over other speakers that I have plugged in. In fact in my garage I am getting rid of a pair of older speakers to exclusively use this the SoundLink Plus because it sounds SOOO much better and it’s just easier to deal with.
Overall, this is yet another high quality Bose product that does not disappoint. It functions better than others in this space, easily connects with Bluetooth, and is a tremendous value. But understand what this is made for (it is a heavy loud speaker) and you’ll love it. I will be packing this in the care to go with us on all of our adventures!

I have never owned a Bose product before, so I was excited to upgrade my Bluetooth speaker. Before opening the box, the first thing that I noticed was how heavy this is. Weighs a little over 3 lbs. First, I charged it which took about 5 hours. Getting the speaker connected to my phone was a breeze. Just power on the speaker and your phone instantly recognizes it. Prompts you to download the Bose app, which has more features than the speaker itself. You can adjust the bass, mid-range, and treble levels as well as checking the battery level.
The sound is loud! Definitely an outdoor speaker! I first tested this inside at a low volume which I was able to hear throughout my whole house.
The extra features are great! It’s durable, dust, and waterproof, so I don’t have to worry about it being near the pool or getting dirty when I’m working outside. This has a battery of up to 20 hours, depending on the volume level. Also has a USB-C charge out which is great for charging your phone.
This speaker is definitely an investment, but well worth it.

I’m really enjoying the speaker. The sound quality is fantastic. It is super clear with a balanced and reasonable bass level, a welcome change from a speaker I’ve been using since 2019 that has way too much of it.
The speaker delivers a rich, full sound without noticible distortion which exceeded my expectations for its size.
It was a breeze to set up and connect to via Bluetooth and the wireless connections has been solid so far.
I’ve used it both in the kitchen and when entertaining guests in the back yard.
The battery life is great and it charges pretty quickly too.
It looks and feels high-end and it is durable enough to toss into a bag. If you’re looking for a portable speaker, this is definitely worth it.

This speaker has great sound quality! The volume is loud and clear and you can even feel the bass. I am super impressed with this speaker and the quality of the sound. My music sounds great on it! It is easy to carry around from inside the house to outside when we are handing out. Love that it is weatherproof, so I don’t have to worry about it getting wet and it has even held up to some tumbles. Battery lasts a while and easy to charge when I do need to. Loving this!

This speaker is a fun one. It boasts great bass and sound quality. I love a variety of music and love pool parties and hosting bbqs and this has been a great summer addition. I knew I couldn’t go wrong choosing Bose. I absolutely love this speaker. The sound quality is impressive in a compact device. Crisp highs, deep bass, and a really rich, full sound that fills the room (or outdoor space) without distortion. For such a compact speaker, it honestly exceeded my expectations. It pairs easily with my phone, and the Bluetooth connection is solid. I’ve used it everywhere from kitchen dance parties with my toddlers to backyard hangouts and even while traveling. The battery life is great and charges pretty quickly too. I also appreciate the sleek design. It looks and feels high-end but is durable enough to toss in a bag without worry. You can tell it’s made to last. It does weigh over 3lbs so you are lugging a bigger portable speaker than normal. However, if you’re looking for a portable speaker that delivers truly impressive sound in a small, easy-to-carry size, this is 100% worth it. I’ve owned a few speakers over the years and this is by far my favorite. Highly recommend!
