Purchased these for my Dell OptiPlex PC, as the default speaker on this computer isn’t great (I’d usually have to turn the volume up to at least 40 just to hear music decently).
The price and ratings were really appealing, and I mainly wanted these so I could enjoy my background music at the office more. They arrived just a day after ordering and were packaged neatly. They also have a nice weight to them! They’re small in size but don’t look or feel cheap at all. I also like how they glow blue once plugged in, it looks really sleek.
I want to reiterate what other reviewers mentioned; these sound clear, crisp, and not muffled at all. I only had to turn them up to 7 for them to sound loud! The sound quality actually reminds me of my JBL speaker, and they’ve got great bass too.
Setup took me maybe a minute or two after unboxing, super straightforward, and I didn’t need to look at the instructions. Just unwind the cables and plug them in. The speakers have a little volume dial that lets you control the volume. I recommend turning this all the way up so you can adjust the volume from your computer instead. If you don’t, you might find yourself needing to tweak the volume more on your end.
I love these speakers! They’re easy to use, look sleek, and their size makes them suitable for any setup. The cables are great too – not too thin, thick, or long enough to get tangled. 10/10!

Top quality materials and design. Sturdy metal housings, not cheap plastic. The USB-A and phone plug fit easily into their respective connectors on my MacBook Air M4 and the result is a big improvement in the stereo sound compared to the OEM speakers in the laptop which are restricted by minimal space in the framework. I am very pleased with this $20 purchase, one of the best for the money I’ve made in a long time.

These are affordable and durable. I am surprised by how heavy they are. The sound is great for the price point. I like the minimalist design and I can tuck them behind my monitor. Plug in and go. The blue lights are a plus! Just wish they had a headphone jack, but that’s ok.

Just purchased, sound better than okay, close to decent. I would say they sound good enough. I turned pc system volume to max then speakers to max, not that loud, but definitely sufficient for desktop pc. (I never used computer desktop speakers to rock the living room anyway). Nice compact size, feel sort of heavy, not cheap. Blue light is nice, not overpowering, although my suggestion would be, to add switch to make light optional, (every manufacturer should make optional). I only paid 15 dollars, excellent value. I almost gave 5 stars, because of value and sound pretty good. They could have been, slightly louder, option to turn light off. Although I am happy with purchase. Will enjoy!

Sleek looking and they sound great for the price and size. Relatively clear sound, not much distorting, although I haven’t cranked them up yet. Nice little accent light. The only negative is that if they are plugged in, the light stays on 100% of the time. Wish they had a power button. Otherwise, I am happy with them!

Bought these for my son’s computer/desk since he doesn’t have tons of space. They for perfectly right under the monitor. They sound alright, which was expected of small speakers, but, they could have just a bit more bass! The color matches his PC case which is white as well. Installation/setup was a breeze. Overall, he’s happy with the quality of the speakers, and the wife enjoys them for her games too when she just needs a break from it all! 🙂

Its a perfect product for the laptop since it does not occupy much space. Very sturdy, stylish and unique set of speakers. It provides clear stereo output from the tiny speakers. Don’t expect it to work like a home theatre system, as it is meant to be portable, provide boost to the existing laptop speakers. Its price is very attractive and would definitely last long, no doubt about that. Please go ahead and buy if portability, clear sound signature and economy is your priority.

I’m really impressed with these speakers. Cheap PC speakers usually feel and sound cheap, but not these Amazon Basics speakers. Before even taking them out of the box, I could tell that they were substantial. They’re heavy for their size. Up close to the PC, in a normal use position, they sound full bodied. Even 8 feet away they sound pretty good. If you want to fill a large room with sound, you’ll need larger speakers and an amp, but for a desktop setup, these inexpensive stereo speakers are great! I also like the fact that they’re powered by USB, so they don’t need an extra power brick or wall wart. The blue lighting on the bottom of the speakers is a bonus, but I’m not a big fan of tarted up PC components. Speakers need to sound good, and these do. However I do like the silver color on these speakers. Nicer than basic black. Overall, I’m a fan.
