Compré dos Samsung Galaxy A16 y ambos han salido muy buenos. El rendimiento es rápido para el uso diario (llamadas, redes sociales, videos), la batería dura bastante y la pantalla se ve muy bien. No he tenido fallas ni problemas de calentamiento. La cámara también toma fotos decentes para el precio.
Me gusta que es un teléfono confiable y fácil de usar. Por la buena experiencia que tuve, lo volvería a comprar sin dudar.

I purchased as a Bundle with the Screen Protector and Case but the phone already comes with a case. Not that big of a problem but just leaving the feedback. Had I have known I wouldn’t have purchased the bundle.

Works On Metro but NOT on Cricket. It may work on Mint.
Phone is fully unlocked but is an international phone. All United States carriers are trying to force us onto accepting 5G, which is objectionable to anyone in the know.
If you want 5G, buy anything else.
This is a 4G ONLY phone, and if that’s what you want, like I did, this is a great option for you. I had a Galaxy Note 9 that I bought new for $1200 and it was just worn out. This is an acceptable replacement.
As for the seller, she was extremely helpful when I called her for advice when the phone wouldn’t work on Cricket. It would work, but the network kept kicking me off with a valid SIM and phone number.
Rather than port my number over, I opted to just get a new number instead, but porting to Metro is an option.
Once 5G becomes mandatory I’ll abandon having a mobile device and use a tablet in my semi for basic functions of work and have a landline at home.
Smart Things loaded everything over perfectly and the phone functions and works excellent.
The phone is very much worth the price.

Works well but a bit laggy. I bought it for my mom (in her 70s) and she’s thrilled with it. I don’t think I would like it for myself but for whatsapp, emails, and browsing, it’s more than sufficient and the screen is nice and large. I didn’t like the launcher so I changed it.

I wish I could rate a 0!!! The phone is nice, but verizon nor any other provider would allow this phone. Stated that my IMEI does not assist AT ALL!! I CALLES THE SELLER SEVERAL TIMES!!!! THE NUMBER IS DISCONNECTED. I EMAIL THE SELLER, EMAIL ADDRESS IS NON DELIVERABLE! I’M VERY DISCONNECTED!!!!
