Great phone for the money. It works with T-Mobile and their $15 a month unlimited talk /text and 5GB data plan along with this phone is a great way to get cheap cell service. The BLU phone set up quickly and easily, plus what I like is if you’re a little hard of hearing the incoming audio is really loud and clear. Not sure if the battery life is really “all day” like they say but overall I’m satisfied.

For the price, this phone will get the job done for someone that mainly just needs a phone for calls and limited apps. It arrived same day, which was impressive. Be aware this has a separate battery, and you will need to take the back off the phone and retrieve the battery from under the packaging; this is also nice, because if the battery goes bad you don’t need to replace the whole phone.

The cons: its pretty slow from the start; for example, if you click a box to type, it can take a couple seconds for the keyboard to pop up. Storage is limited, BUT you can add an SD card I believe. Storage needs to be noted because our phone immediately loaded with so many apps, even though we deselect all the ones they tried to push. The apps also took excessively long to download. The case was a bit misaligned; it doesn’t look like much in the picture, but it is right at the port and so sometimes the charging cable seems plugged in but is slightly blocked and doesn’t charge.

Only used for a day, will update as needed.

Great fitting and durable case at a good price.

I purchased this phone for my 10 yr old kid as a “TESTER” phone.

Positive: The phone looks/feel good and sturdy considering the price point, it came in a nice box with charging cable, power brick and a nice protective case for the phone.

Negative: I have never had SO many issues trying to set up a phone. I recived it last night (1/17) and began what normally is a few minutes of set up. All seemed to be going ok until the phone shut down and restarted itself about 75% into the setup, and gave me the image(s) in this post. I assume it was user error so decided to do it all-over again; 4 more time, later, at approximately the same completion percentage, it did the same thing – I tried one final time and finally it worked! Let the phone rest over night and today, when setting up some apps for my kid, the phone froze in the middle of logging into Spotify, it restarted and gave me the same erro message I received 4 time yesterday.

Maybe we go a Lemon, but regardless I will be returning it first thing to morning.

Again, it appears to be a pretty good phone (if it works) but I also have to realize and taken into consideration what I paid for it.

Please be cautious, and if you purchase this phone, I hope it works as intended for you.
