The seller sent me a damaged and defective phone that lags when trying to download, overheats, and I randomly receive an water error message when trying to charge my phone sometimes. I did not ask for a refund, just a replacement. The seller was not considerate of the fact that I need to have a phone to use while waiting for the replacement because I don’t have a backup phone, and also the fact that I wanted to ensure that they would not try to fix this phone and send it back. I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL ENDS.

I received this iPhone 16 pro Max in perfect condition, and apart from that the battery is 100% it has no scratches at all, I loved the best investment I have made, I highly recommend the user who sells these REFURBISHED cell phones… they are 100% reliable…
