I recently purchased the Apple iPhone 14, 128GB, in Purple (Unlocked – Renewed), and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Not only did I save a significant amount of money by opting for a refurbished model, but the phone arrived in perfect condition—like new! It’s hard to believe it was refurbished because there are no scratches or blemishes anywhere.
The performance is outstanding, with the 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display delivering vibrant colors and crystal-clear resolution. It handles everything from browsing to gaming with ease, thanks to the 6 GB of RAM and 5G capability. I truly feel like I got a premium device without breaking the bank.
The only downside is that the phone didn’t come with a charger, which I was expecting but also understand is common with refurbished devices. Fortunately, I had an extra charger from my previous phone, so it wasn’t a major issue for me.
Overall, this iPhone 14 is a fantastic deal, and I highly recommend considering a refurbished phone if you’re looking to save some money while still getting a top-tier device!

Fast delivery and overall great value! iPhone 14 128GB Midnight works flawlessly. Battery life at 85% is a slight letdown, but acceptable for the price. Minor screen scratches were easily masked with a protector. Very satisfied with the purchase—I’ll definitely be buying another iPhone 14 from this seller.

Despite some of the bad reviews I saw, I have to say my experience was excellent! I ordered an iPhone 14 (256GB) in excellent condition and it arrived just as described. The phone looks great overall with only very minor wear — barely any dents (just a tiny one at the bottom) and a small scratch near the back bottom. Nothing that affects how it works or looks in daily use.
Everything runs smoothly, and to my surprise, it even came with a screen protector and lens cover already included — such a nice bonus!
Performance has been great with no issues at all. The only small thing I noticed was the battery health: it arrived at 89% and dropped to 87% within the first week. I think it was just leveling out, and as long as you don’t let it die completely often, it seems fine.
I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it. The seller also included a charger cable and headphones, which made the deal even better.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. If anything changes, I’ll update, but right now I’d definitely recommend this seller. Awesome job — thank you!

I have had this iPhone for 38 days.
It has the worst battery life of any iPhone I’ve ever owned, and I have owned ONLY iPhones since the first version was released 17 years ago.
This is the second iPhone 14 that I’ve bought from the renewed store .
The first one I bought on December 4th, 2023, and I could not have been happier with the phone.
It arrived in brand new condition, and performed flawlessly.
On the recommendation of a friend, I checked the battery health and charging after having it for MONTHS and it was at 100%! I was thrilled!
I absolutely loved the phone!
I never had a single problem with it.
Unfortunately, on July 30 of this year I dropped it, and it was beyond repair.
I immediately went back to the Amazon renewed store and purchased another iPhone 14 because my experience with the first one was so fantastic.
It arrived in new looking condition, exactly like the one I bought in December 2023.
It was not scratched or anything really noticeable, it just seemed to be “worn” a little bit, but I fully understood that it was a renewed phone, and any cosmetic issues were not that important to me, including the color, which, when my iPhone is in its case, you cannot tell what color it is anyway.
Unfortunately, I DID NOT look at the battery health and charging when I first got the phone 38 days ago, but I did look at it about two weeks ago, and it said 93%.
I thought, ok, it’s a renewed phone, it’s not going to have 100% battery life.
I can live with that.
Well, I just looked at it today and it’s now at 90% battery health and charging.
So this phone is dying quickly.
After being fully charged it dies within hours.
I have it completely set up for optimized battery life.
I have lost emails and messages that I was in the middle of composing, and the phone just dies.
I’ve been in the middle of important phone calls when the phone dies, simply because I had just fully charged it a few hours before that, and thought I would be fine for hours to come.
I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery a week ago, and I was on the phone with my doctors office yesterday about my first post-op appointment, and my phone died in the middle of it.
I thought I had HOURS left before the phone would die.
Then I had to plug it in, and wait for it to come back alive, so I could call my doctor back and hopefully not wait a half hour after losing my place in line.
On top of that is also has issues with the touchscreen being glitchy, and sometimes I have to tap on things several times to get them to work.
As I said, I have been an iPhone owner/user since the very first version came out 17 years ago.
I’ve always loved all my iPhones, and I will continue to be an iPhone user for the rest of my life.
This is in no way reflection on Apple iPhones whatsoever.
They are an amazing and fantastic piece of technology.
I think I just got a bad one for the first time in my life.
Luckily, I have just checked and I have until November 6th to return this phone, and I WILL be returning it.
The problem is, what do I do in the meantime?
Am I expected to buy a new one and get that shipped to me, transfer all my information from this phone to the new one, and then return this one?
That is extremely hard to do financially!
I am actually still paying for this phone on my Amazon Prime American Express card!
Or, do I return this phone and wait until the refund has been issued and then buy another phone? Then wait until that is sent to me.
I would not have a phone for at least a week in the interim, and we all know these days that’s a practical impossibility.
I am also having several medical issues.
Like I said, I just had a total shoulder replacement surgery last Monday, September 9th, and have several upcoming follow up appointments, and physical therapy appointments.
I also have several other non-related medical issues that definitely require that I have a phone.
I just don’t know what to do.

Bought this phone for a work project that was for a later date. When turning on phone, we were asked to enter a passcode? The phone was supposed to be renewed and unlocked! Nightmare now trying to resolve as 90 warranty passed. Told we need to go directly to apple. As this was for a business project, yes, we should have tested when opened. But also, we trusted the product we purchased would behave as expected I would have preferred the seller take some accountably. In fairness, Amazon CS have been good.

Hear me out.
I was very scared and skeptical about buying a phone (an iphone) no less from Amazon. Though the good reviews outweighed the bad I could not get the bad out of my head. Honestly I’d rather buy a phone renewed than completely new for moral reasons so I decided to take a risk. Knowing my luck with things like this I was very scared. I did lots of research before I decided on buying this phone from the Amazon renewed store sold and shipped by Amazon. The last two criteria was important to me because of the return policy.
I ordered my phone in purple with condition excellent.
I received my phone one day earlier than promised. It arrived fastened to an unmarked box. This made me even more nervous because I was hoping for the Amazon renewed box. The phone came with a charging cord. When I powered it on the phone had about 60% battery and was last updated early May of this year.
So far (1 day) I have had no problems with setting the phone up. The phone came with no scratches or scraps. Battery health was 89%. The speaker works (well one side (not sure if the other is just for decoration or broken; either way idc)). Smooth sailing so far.
Two things to note. When I was on Youtube the phone froze for a second. I was a little panicked but I just used the power button and all was well again. However it is something I am looking out for. I am praying it is a one off thing though. Next thing, the phone had a note that the screen was changed however it does acknowledge that the parts added to the phone are genuine and compatible with apple.
In conclusion, I recommend but be careful of third party sellers and do lots of research. All the best.

purple seems to be great option clean looked brand new to my eyes no scratches on screen or anyware great product battery life is at 83 percent life but its a old phone i expected to have to replace the battey at some point they are so cheap and easy to swap out even if you pay someone to do it its worth the price in my op considering my iphone7 lasted up untill now i think this will last longer if not long enough before apple makes the software incompatable with it as they did with the iphone7 it cant run any modern aps as it cant update to the modern ios the new one updated in 4 mins on wifi…

I desperately needed a new phone and had my heart set on an iPhone to use, especially for school. This gem was perfectly priced. It doesn’t overheat like my old phone, the battery lasts longer, and it has way more storage. It runs like a dream. It’s durable, has great screen quality, has fantastic sound quality, solid connectivity, runs smoothly… We’ve had it for a number of months, and we just can’t get over how great it is. We use it 24/7.
