Screen Problem.
iPhone seems to be in good shape. No major dents or scratches… battery is good. But the phone has issue with screen. Sometimes it is just not responsive. I got to click on something multiple times to get it work. This is a big deal. I would have given 4 stars without this issue. But I think if user struggles typing or browsing because of screen issue, what would the iPhone be for? It becomes useless.

Received in a nice replacement box, 75% charged. This one included a clear case and a glass screen protector. As well as a new charging cord, plug, and sim key. The blue color is great, and I appreciate the larger size of the screen. I love the styling, the more squared and beveled perimeter design reminds me of my iPhone 5, just bigger.
Out of the box, plugged it in, and after simple and intuitive iCloud transfer my new phone was off and running.
And when I say new, I acknowledge this is refurbished, but if it wasn’t new I wouldn’t know it. Not a scratch, scuff or blemish. Even the battery capacity was at 100%, which is how much I’m satisfied.

Great buy! I couldn’t be happier! The phone is in excellent condition, with very minor scratches on the sides and with the phone case on, you can’t even see the scratches at all! Setup was a breeze and the phone runs very smoothly! The battery health is at 85 percent, which is actually not bad for a refurbished phone! I would have preferred the battery health to be more like 90 percent but other than that, I love this phone already! I must admit that I was really hesitant about buying a refurbished phone. But I’m so glad I finally decided to make this purchase!!!

I ordered the phone for my daughter. I was a little worried because I thought it wouldn’t be in the condition the ad said, but I was surprised. The truth is, everything was like new, a perfect restoration, and the battery, which was what I was most afraid of, lasts 24 hours without charging. That was a plus.

At first I was a bit skeptical about the phone for its price, I was also a bit anxious about it coming in scratched/dent condition. But boy was I wrong, this phone practically came in brand new, literally spotless, it has a slight bit of scratches but they are not visible unless you literally put the phone right in front of your face. It’s not much of a big deal as you’re most likely gonna use a screen protector and case either way, which will basically make it brand new. I was so lucky as to get one with a 100% battery, which is so surprising for the price and condition I bought it for. I highly recommend buying from the seller “MCEsales”, they are amazing reliable and trustable.
