El iPhone llegó en una caja genérica, con cable también genérico. En general el teléfono funciona bien, pantalla bien, Face ID, bocinas muy bien. Estéticamente llegó bien, rayones casi imperceptibles; la pantalla y la parte trasera, impecables. De lo único que esperaba más es la bateria, llegó con un 89%, pero tampoco está tan mal. Por si a alguien le sirve lo compré con BuySpry “Renewed Excelente”. No adjunto fotos porque me da hueva XD. Ah y no sé si aparezca el modelo que compré, pero fue el Product RED.

Renewed Premium – I paid premium price but the battery health as opposed to claimed percentage (90+%) was only 88%.
Moreover the phone was overheating a lot.
They received return on May 28 and 2 WEEKS on there is NO update on my refund.
Amazon Renewed premium is not worth it. Bad customer service. Bad refund timeline.
Very frustrating.
Just give me my refund asap.

This is a wonderful phone. I always wanted a small phone. This is renewed, but it’s like new. No scratches anywhere and the battery is 100% love it. Although it is perfect, I was going to return it because my husband is sick and can’t use his phone so I was going to take his phone and save on phone bills unfortunately when I got on here on 2 October, the phone had to be returned on 1 October so I missed a return date by one day. That is clearly a bummer.

Bought from Techlobby under the condition Renewed – Excellent (Like New) Unlocked.
As far as I can tell, I got exactly what I ordered so I’d say it’s worth the price I paid (under 500). Especially considering what new phones are going for now a days.
It shipped quickly and arrived with it’s own screen protector already applied (I have not removed it to check). Barely any scratches and no cracks. All the scratches are on the screen protector. For the body, the only wear I can see is around the camera (not on the lenses) where the “frosted” finish is, but that’s not a problem for me.
Both cameras work and it arrived unlocked and with the storage I wanted. Color looks great too. Battery looked good. I’m confident I can make 91% battery health work–I’m not a heavy phone user.
I bought this with the intention to replace my current 13 mini when it eventually dies from being used for more than 4 years since I have a feeling Apple will never release a small phone again 🙁
The one thing I’m not super happy about (not a deal breaker) is the iphone has iOS 18 — yucky, but I’ll just have to learn it (I’ve used iOS 15 for years).

So I finally removed the screen protector and found several scratches on the glass of the original phone screen. They are only really noticeable when the phone is off and in just the right angle of light. Some of them can be felt if you run your nail directly over them.
None of them are so large/deep that they hamper the performance or display in a big way (at least for me) but I would personally categorize this level of wear and tear as “good” not “excellent” / “like new.”
Phone still works great and again, the body and cameras have barely any marks or visible wear and tear.

TLDR: First one I got was HORRENDOUS, but seller communication was exceptional, quick, no hassle, and replacement was awesome!
This is a review for the seller ‘Hybrid IT’, not the actual iPhone 13 mini. There are plenty of those already.
I bought an ‘acceptable condition’ 13 mini, as I don’t mind scratches and dents if it’ll save a few hundred bucks. I bought from ‘Hybrid IT’ because they had like 99% positive ratings and I know refurbished can be hit and miss. And they had prime shipping.
The one they sent was TERRIBLE. The screen was a fake LCD knockoff, the battery health was at 77%, and it was full of scratches on the screen. Far below my already low expectations.
I messaged them and they offered me these options:
1) replacement,
2) return for full refund, or
3) to refund the cost of replacing the battery at apple (which is like a third of the cost of the phone itself)
They answer surprisingly quickly every time. Literally within a few minutes during the day and within a few hours at night. ____ing impressive! I needed a phone quick so we decided the best option was to buy another one (also ‘acceptable’, same price), and return the old one for a refund, and they would make sure to send a better one the second time.
It definitely exceeded my expectations. Almost perfect condition, 98% battery, no scratches basically. I think it was a fair outcome/settlement for wasting my time with an insultingly bad one the first time. I would’ve been fine with ‘acceptable’ condition but the first one I got was not even up to par with Amazon’s standards.
I’m really happy with the second one and how they handle customer service. Thanks Hybrid IT!!! Oh, and this isn’t a fake review! A happy customer, crazy right???
