Everything works as advertised, but IT IS NOT CORDLESS and must be plugged in to operate. I guess I should have paid more attention before buying, as the last pump I had was rechargeable and didn’t require constant power.

i bought this not knowing if there would be a battery or not. The listing was vague, stating ‘USB charging’ or the manual labeling the USB Type-C port as the charging port, but there IS NO BATTERY. not that I wanted one, actually id rather keep it on USB and call it a day, but the vagueness of the listing could be corrected.
Otherwise, the dispenser works as advertised. the tubing was a bit crap, but a good cleaning took care of it. it was very kinked, but sorted itself out.

This thing is amazing. I have it next to my bed and use it for my water glass on my night stand. Super easy to set up and operate. Saves that trip to the kitchen or bathroom. It is pretty ingenious and so convenient

This counter pump works great. It is rechargeable using a USB cord which is included. I replaced the old bottle top pump with this so I could hide the 3 gallon bottle under the sink where it would be out of the way. I luv it.
