This is a great product. It’s glass. The automatic section top works well and is keeping my coffee fresh. I bought more for my different varieties of coffee. They look good and they function well. I also use a wine pen to write on the glass what Coffee Bean I have in each container. Would recommend.

Der Minidiva Smart Vakuumbehälter ist die Luxus-Suite für Lebensmittel, mit smarter Technik und smarter Optik. Wer es satt hat, dass Kaffee nach Pappe schmeckt oder Snacks schal werden, sollte hier zugreifen.

This is my fourth attempt at finding a vacuum sealed storage for my espresso beans, and the first that holds a vacuum for – well, indefinitely, I suppose. I haven’t had it loose vacuum yet.

It’s glass, which I appreciate. It’s easy to use, if you can read enough to read the 1-page instruction pamphlet. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and haven’t charged it since first receiving it, so it holds a charge. It’s reasonable quiet – a hum that’s hard to hear from another room (in fact, I’ve only heard it run when sealing after use, although I’m sure it must be running a bit in between). The rubber bottom may spoil the looks a bit, but I appreciate it because it removes my concern about setting it on marble countertops. Volume is as advertised: I don’t see any “optimism” in the specs.

It took me four times, trying to avoid a battery-powered container, but in the end this is the best one I’ve tried.

One other benefit: I roast my own coffee beans and can put them in this immediately, as it maintains vacuum during the outgassing period. It saves me a step “resting” the beans after roasting.
