These things are awesome for my backyard. The claim about them being super bright is no lie. They’re exactly what I was looking for. I don’t use any dimming switches so I can’t speak of the flickering others mention. I think they are worth the money if you’re looking for a very bright light. I’m hoping one lasts for at least a year, then it would be truly worth the price. Will update once some time has passed.

I love light. These are the brightest bulbs I have had. They are the standard lightbulb size. Functionality cannot be beat. They are advertised as dimmable. They are fully dimmable which is great. The are so bright that sometimes you want to mellow the mood. LED bulbs are energy efficient which is why I always go with LED. CFL bulbs are obsolete. The bulbs are daylight hue. A great value for the money. I ordered a second set of bulbs so I can be prepared if and when they reach end of life.

For a super high brightness dimmable LED this is better than any of my previous purchases. Using two in my garage but also use one as a work light in a bed room – at full brightness it is *very* bright. Dimming to minimum with a lutron dimmer still feels as bright as 100 Watt incandescent. Light quality is not exactly gorgeous for interior use, but still much better than cheap LED bulbs.

The A21 dimmable light bulbs have been a dependable addition to my home lighting setup. Their compatibility with dimmer switches allows for easy adjustment of brightness levels to suit various occasions and moods.
Installation was straightforward, and the bulbs have performed reliably since I started using them. The warm, inviting glow they emit creates a cozy atmosphere, perfect for both relaxation and productivity.
However, I must note that I experienced a slight lag when adjusting the brightness levels using my switch. This lag was not present with my previous light bulbs, and while it’s a minor inconvenience, it’s worth mentioning for those who prioritize instant responsiveness. It does get annoying sometimes but other times, it works fine.
Despite this drawback, these A21 dimmable light bulbs provide excellent value for their price point and have enhanced the ambiance of my living space. If you’re in search of reliable dimmable lighting options, these bulbs are certainly worth considering.
Overall – if you don’t mind the lag sometimes, great bulbs!

The bulbs are so bright, and it’s a very nice white, not too yellow, not too blue, just right. I want to like these SO much.
The problem is their dimmer is SO HYPER SENSITIVE TO ANY VOLTAGE FLUCTUATION. Any teeny tiny voltage fluctuation due to a medium size load or larger turning on in your house, or probably any large loads in nearby houses, will cause a very small but very noticeable flicker.
Turn the microwave on? Flicker.
Microwave finishes and turns off? Flicker
Turn on electric stove? Flicker
Turn on electric oven? Flicker
Electric oven cycles heater to maintain temperature? Flicker each time.
Flicker in the kitchen. Flicker in the bathroom. Flicker in the hall. Any change in electric load will flicker them all!
When they’re not giving you eye fatigue from random flickers that at first make you question your sanity, they’re great. The dimming curve works well with my dimmers, like I said the light is otherwise good. The flicker issue isn’t just an issue while dimmed, they flicker when load changes and they’re on a straight switch. Their voltage regulation is just trash, so unless you intend to run them off their own voltage regulated circuit, expect eye fatigue. The dimming circuit either needs bigger capacitors or needs to be designed to delay reaction to voltage change just a bit more so quick voltage spikes and sags don’t trigger the dimmer.
