This lock works great! No complaints at all! Only thing I recommend is to buy some AA batteries that are rechargeable and it will make everything much easier. Everything about the lock works great. App is very easy to use and install was very easy as well!

I’ve been looking at Smart Door Locks for a while. I wanted something reasonably priced and easy to install. We rarely use the deadbold on our kitchen door, usually just relying on the knob door lock. I read about this lock in a Trade publication, TWICE (This Week in Comsumer Electronics). They gave it one of their yearly VIP awards. It sounded simple and it pretty much ticked all the boxes. Price, easy installation, Google and Amazon compatible, fingerpring, fob and of course key. So I pulled the trigger. It was super easy to install and works flawlessly! Nothing to complain about here. I had a few issues and their customer service people were super responsible. They’re on the other side of the world, so they mostly emailed me in the middle of the night, so there were up to 12 hour delays, but they always responded to me by the next day. I definitely recommend this one!

Excellent lock. Easy install. Love the external screen. The fingerprint reader is very accurate, even with the elderly – which are sometimes hard to get consistent reads from. The only improvement would be able to rekey it. Purchased two so far with one more to go. I do recommend the use of lithium batteries. Also, you can buy multiple types of 13 MHz RFID cards or stickers to use with this device; it is compatible.

This smart lock is legit! The fingerprint reader is fast and responsive. The built-in wi-fi is great and the fact that you can pair it with the app for more functionalities is awesome. The price is fair for the item that it is. Quality is on point and the color options are great to match your style. The installation is easy to follow if you have ever put in a normal door lock before. Cannot recommend this item enough to all, great value for the money, with top notch features and functionality.

It is very difficult with the instructions that the way they do them all different ways.
