After posting the original review detailing the issues we experienced, the seller (ShreeFindee) reached out to us and offered to replace the non-functioning ceiling fan free of charge since the one received was a “Save with used – Like New” item.
After receiving the replacement fan, we tested it, and everything works as expected, including the integrated smart controls with Tuya. We’re looking forward to getting the replacement ceiling fan hung and working, it will be a great addition!

We decided to give this 3-blade 70″ ceiling fan a try since it was a smart fan. Unfortunately when we ordered it, we were told it was out of stock and had to wait almost 4 extra weeks to receive the fan. Not a deal breaker, but not a great start. It seems like it came directly from China (not clear from the Amazon listing), so I’m skeptical that it was “out of stock”. The lengthy shipping time was probably due to where the fan was shipped from.
Everything was packaged well and the directions were easy to follow. I’ve installed multiple smart ceiling fans and this one was similar to all the other ceiling fans. When power was applied, nothing happened. After I double and triple checked to confirm 110v was going to the receiver/controller for the fan, I checked the DC converter/controller outputs and noticed it wasn’t putting out any DC volts for the fan or the LED lights. We tried resetting the fan, resetting the control, and even tried a different power source, but nothing worked.
Since it didn’t work, we uninstalled the fan, repackaged everything, and initiated a return with Amazon since it was clear the DC power converter/controller was defective. We would have settled for a replacement DC power converter/controller, but there was no easy way to contact the seller/company to request a replacement, and we weren’t willing to wait another 3 to 4 weeks for a replacement.
To top it all off, we needed to rent some scaffolding since the fan was for a vaulted ceiling. Now we’ll have to rent the scaffolding a second time once we buy a replacement and reliable product that actually works.
Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and buy a different ceiling fan. It might cost a little bit more, but you’ll be glad you did.

Purchased two fans with plans to get 3 more but not now. Installed both fans no problems they look great. One working like it should and the other working for 5 minutes then stopped and just started beeping constantly. Looked in documentation for resolution but nothing so returned and looking for different fans.

Love the fan. I just wish there was another way to turn the light down other than the app. Works great with Alexa as well. I wish I had bought this for my livingroom first before I bought the other fan i have now. I might just replace it with one like I now have in my bedroom. It’s nice to be able to control it with Alexa. You can do everything with Alexa as you can with the app. Turn on and off fan and light. Speed up, slow down and change the lights brightness. Runs smooth, very quiet, and no balance issues at all. It runs on 2.4 ghz.

Quality Fan. Everything is nice. Not a typical china product. Better quality than most of the US brand name fans I have installed lately. They though of everything. in the construction and instruction book and installation hardware. Remote and Tuya App works well. I am able to use it in my Home Assistant software.. Wind mode is a nice touch. Pleasantly surprised. Worth the money.

The good news after receiving two emails a couple days apart I received the information of pressing the 8 hour button to initiate paring. It now works with Alexa. So I have increased my star rating.
First Review:Unfortunately it does not work with Alexa. From the product description “ works with Alexa/Google ”. The fan is up and the installation instructions were not very helpful. I am disappointed and hope one day to get the Tuya app working with Alexa.
