I was a little iffy buying off brand but oh my god this is great the graphics are amazing and the set up was insanely easy. Definitely worth the purchase and great quality!

Can’t beat the price. Resolution works well for a cost conscious monitor. Looks great streaming. No flicking. Fit and size is as advertised.

My old monitor was dying after 13 years of strenuous usage, and I got this Sansui as a short-notice replacement even though I knew nothing about the manufacturer. So far the monitor is proving to be a good choice. I have to give this monitor five stars because the display is excellent and for once a plug and play device actually is plug and play. For me that counts.

I especially like that there are both VGA and HDMI connection plugs. That makes this a monitor well-designed for the conversion worldwide of computer monitors from VGA (the connection standard of the past) to HDMI (the connection standard of the future). Knowing how the computer hardware business has been over the years they won’t be making these transition monitors for long, so anyone needing a monitor to bridge this VGA to HDMI conversion needs to seriously consider this monitor sooner rather than later, especially since the price is right. That said I just got this monitor in the past month so I don’t know what its lifespan might be. FWIW a good monitor should last several years. This monitor will be best for ordinary usage such as websurfing, email, and modest image/video work. While gamers need to look elsewhere, YouTubers will be OK with this one.

This manufacturer also sell fancier models with speakers (for a higher price of course). But my computer is already well looked after with its existing audio deployment, so I saved a bit by getting the non-audio monitor. If you already have good computer sound capability save a few $$ and get the soundless monitor.

It happens I’m quite particular about how a monitor displays anything, so I had to fiddle about for many hours with the Windows display properties and the NVIDIA control panel to get the visual presentation I wanted, but in the end the results were satisfactory. Anyone as fussy as I am better be prepared to spend a bit of time messing with all their computer’s display adjustments. I skipped the factory adjustments in the manual, which doesn’t explain them clearly in any event.

Do remember that the bright crisp display of a new monitor does not have any impact on the age of the computer that runs the monitor. It’s easy to be fooled by that one. If your ageing VGA computer is going to require an HDMI replacement, this monitor should be on your monitor shortlist as you transition from an old to a new machine.

I bought this monitor several months ago and have enjoyed using it a ton. The size and shape of the screen works perfect for me and my needs.

I primarily play my Xbox on it and it gives a smooth performance of 1440p at 120 Hz (Xbox Series X caps out at 120 Hz even though the monitor can refresh faster). I’ll also use it like a TV and watch YouTube, shows and movies on it. The quality and brightness is a great selling point for the price, too.

After a while, I was starting to have an issue with the monitor. The image would drop out, and then come back a few seconds later. I contacted customer support asking for assistance in the matter. They responded and helped me with my issue very quickly. Within the day even, and then followed up a day or two later with a decision. They were awesome.

I initially purchased a different top-name brand monitor, but the monitor would constantly fill my screen with a pop-up box to register the device with the manufacturer. I registered the product, hoping the issue would be resolved once it was registered. No go!!! I still had the pop-up boxes here and there. I even contacted the manufacturer and explained the issue. The tech on the other end told me he was aware of this ongoing issue, but the company hasn’t yet come up with or released a fix to resolve the issue. If the maker of the monitor doesn’t know what to do…what am I supposed to do???? I returned the monitor and ordered this amazingly fantastic 32-inch curved monitor from SANSUI. I had never heard of the company, but a friend of mine told me he bought one recently and was thrilled with its performance. He’s a hardcore gamer, so if he is telling me the monitor “rocks”, then the monitor rocks!!! I ordered my new SANSUI on Monday, and it arrived today!! I could not wait to get this awesome monitor up and running, especially after the nonsense I went through with the really big name company’s monitor that the factory didn’t have a fix for!!!! This SANSUI 32″ curved wide screen monitor came to life and practically blew me away!!! The screen seemed huge compared to my 27-inch dud monitor, and the colors were simply amazing!! The wrap-around screen seems to pull me in and give me more of an integrated experience!!! I’m not a gamer, but I was told that at a minimum get a monitor that has a refresh rate no lower than 120 Hz, a response time no greater than 5ms, an sRGB not lower than 100, and a minimum of ni less than 230 nits for brightness. I believe this SANSUI meets and beats all of the instructions I was given!!! My new SANSUI has a 180 Hz fast mode, which, if I decide to become a gamer, all my games will look amazing with no lag or “ripping”. COVERED!! My new monitor has a response time of 1ms which is obviously better than 5ms….so nailed that directive!!! The sRGB on my new unit is >125% (whatever that means), and the SANSUI has 300 nits for brightness. I covered all the mandatory parameters I was directed to do….but all I have to say is ….THIS SANSUI MONITOR “ROCKS” DOWN THE HOUSE!!!! The screen is ultra-bright, the contrast is fascinating, the range of colors seems limitless, black on this screen means there is black color on the screen, even if something is hiding in the darkness (which I can see), pulling up high definition drone shots from National Parks was a total trip, some crazy things on YouTube looked so better there’s no comparison!!! Since I really didn’t know who SANSUI was, I looked up the company and was very surprised by its history. The company has apparently been involved in electronics since 1975, and was one of the front-runners that brought great monitors ( great at the time, like dial-up internet was great!!) But the company had a mission statement that people and their satisfaction came before money, which took me by surprise. The company has now been making an astonishing line-up of monitors that are receiving outstanding reviews worldwide. I wasn’t going to get the 32-inch screen because I thought it would be too big, but the truth is, while the screen is 32 inches, the curve reduces the linear distance from corner to corner. It looks amazing on my desk, and working with this big of a screen, I can open a box here, slide it over there while opening two more boxes, and store them off to another side of the screen!!! I should have gotten a larger monitor like this one a few years ago. All I have to say is that I am super-impressed with this new 32″ curved “gaming” monitor that looks so fantastic. Hey, I even think the metal (yes…that’s right…metal) monitor stand looks amazing cool on my desk as well!!! I rate this new monitor a super-solid 10 out of 10 because the price was much less than I thought it would be, the size of the screen is so fun to play with, the colors and intensity of the colors are astounding, the brightness, and the super clear definition on the screen is outstanding, and I feel I got more for my money in this deal!!! This monitor is so great that I recommend you order one soon, so you can instantly start enjoying the views I; enjoying right this second (as I’m writing this review)!!!! ORDER IT!!!! WAIT FOR IT!!!! INSTALL IT!!!! ROCK YOUR WORLD WITH IT!!!!!
