Got this recently for school. I love that it comes with lifetime Office 365 and copilot! It’s perfect so far for schoolwork as it’s fast and easily handles everything I need to do with it. It’s very lightweight and quiet. No issues yet with storage capacity and it comes with an external hard drive.

I am writing this preliminary review but I will need to update part of it later. The laptop is good and came with everything advertised with one glaring issue that I am trying to have rectified. The lifetime Office 365 is at the moment not being honored by Microsoft because I purchased it through Amazon. This isn’t the first time I have encountered an issue with a company refusing to honor warranty and such merely because I purchased it through Amazon! I fail to understand what the difference is but there you go. This time I am going to push the issue because we know that once opened I am stuck with this computer! I have contacted the seller and will wait and see.

The reason we selected this laptop is because of the Lifetime Microsoft Office. We had no idea this would be such an ordeal. A sticker on the outside of the box states that during Windows setup, a free trial of Microsoft Office 365 will be offered but to DECLINE it. Then, after setup the sticker says to open Office apps by the pinned apps in the start menu, searching for specific apps such as Word, Excel. However, after following the instructions, a message keeps popping up saying that Microsoft 365 is installed on the computer. If it was declined, why is it there? And, no matter what we tried we still could not install any Lifetime Microsoft Office program or even find where it was offered during setup. The sticker instructions seem to be INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT. I regret not looking at the other reviews more carefully because we saw where someone else had the same problem and had to contact the seller for help. This should NOT be necessary. Why wasn’t the correct Lifetime Microsoft Office program already installed in the first place? We want to return it but that’s an ordeal, too. You can’t return it to Amazon, they want you to return it to the seller and they charge a restocking fee. I wonder if and when we would ever receive a credit! Unless you don’t mind extreme hassles, I recommend you do not buy this laptop. If we had known this, we would have purchased a computer at a big box store, QVC or HSN. No hassles there.

Great laptops for students, light weight, windows 11 pro comes with Microsoft lifetime, easy to set up, works good so far.
Downside is not backlit keyboard and low storage. So far we are satisfied with the laptop.
