It’s a good price for a expansion for your ps5
Has alot of storage I put games in there to free up space on hard drive .ps4 games load instantly

Purchased this to use with my son’s PS5. He would run out of space and delete games then redownload them so we kept going over our internet usage and getting charged. This little guy is great. He can move the game to the hard drive to free up space and then move it back to the console when he wants to play it (you cannot play it for the hard drive). It typically takes about 10-15 to move the game vs sometimes hours to redownload it. It was plug and play for the ps5. Plugged it into the back usb slot and worked immediately.

Connecting everything wasn’t hard, and the storage is very helpful. If you download a PS4 game it lets you play directly from the storage, but not PS5 games. So the PS5 games just sit in there for storage until you move the downloaded content back on the console. If you unplug the storage from the console you do unfortunately have to redownload everything back onto it. But other than that it works great, and personally I don’t mind it.

Didn’t work properly for the PS5 counsel because my game counsel menu screen gave specific directions for which one to properly use for extra memory storage.
