I ordered this charger a couple of weeks ago skeptical that it might not work on my 2022 MacBook Air. It seemed like it plugged into the USB-C port, and I was not sure if it could charge my computer’s battery that way. But I needed to charge my battery, and I had left my Apple charger at home. I plugged in the charger and inserted the cord into the computer port. Soon a repeating beeping began and a window opened on my desktop warning mw that this device was not actually charging my battery. Pretty handy notice! So took a screen shot of the desktop and sent it along with an explanation to saturndock. A few days later I received a message from them saying the unit might be defective and they were sending me a replacement if I wanted it. I said Yes! A week went by. They never confirmed they were sending the replacement, but… in the mail came the replacement. I installed it and it charges the computer perfectly through the USB-C port!

compact and worked fine initially but died at 7 months, cycling on and off every few seconds with a beep as others have noted. Also heats up with charging. My 3 stars are a bit generous given its short usable life but it was inexpensive and worked for a while – probably more like 2.5 stars. Would not repurchase

I have a MacBook Pro 2020 M1. I bought this so I wouldn’t have to carry my own charger back and forth between work and home since my work-issued laptop uses a different charger. It works well and charges my laptop without any issues. I have an adjustable-height desk, and the cord length works fine whether my desk is at sitting or standing height.

I was very dismayed when I started having problems with my charger and then it finally broke and when I ordered this, I was happy to see if I could get next day delivery and it works absolutely perfectly and was such a great price! My other charger lasted for several years so I don’t mind having to replace it And this looks really good quality and is nice and small and charge is very quickly ! So far, I’m very happy.
*note: the charger is heavy and make sure it doesn’t tip over or it won’t charge and will start chiming!

This workds great! The size of the charger is a bit smaller then the orginal and I like that. The length of the cord is on point. Not too long and not too short. The cord seem durable and of good quality. Overall I am happy with my purchase.
