I am not a tech person or someone whom is going to talk about connection speeds and data transfer speeds. I simply bought this to expand the connectivity to my laptop. I like and trust Anker products and for $10, this was a bargain. Amazon shipped it quickly and it works well for what I need it to do. It is small, thin, and light. Easy to store and transport and store. It works flawlessly. I feel I got good value for my money.

Works well for a mac book. Take careful attention of the resolution and framerate specifications if you attach a secondary monitor. I am doing office work on an old 1080p monitor, so I wasn’t needing high performance. Much cheaper and smaller than active hubs that are more capable in this area. I found one wireless USB did not work as expected when it went through specific usb ports this hub, but I had other options for arranging the ports and it worked out. Similar aluminum styling as the mac book, if that matters to you. Annoying that you have to have a device like this if you use Apple products these days, but they’ve been doing that for years now.

I have a MacBook Pro that only has 2 usb c ports so this works great for adding a few extra ones. One c ports is a pass through so the computer can be charging while the other ports can be used. Having a dedicated mouse dongle port is wonderful when needing others for miscellaneous drives. I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for some extra ports on a MacBook.

Działa z MAC bez kłopotów.
HDMI łączy z telewizorem, Gniazdo PD podaje prąd, USB działają szybko. Brakuje mi trochę slotu na Mini SD. Przez moje nie dopatrzenie wybrałem model bez gniazda. Ale i tak warto.

I have a full sized docking station for my MacBook with many ports but I needed something portable that would fit in my laptop bag. This fits the bill. Allowing me to plug in a monitor, my usb keyboard and run power through it, charging my laptop and other devices. This works great for that.
It would be nice to see a usb-c port or a card reader, but for the price, I can’t complain. Setup was super easy, just simply plug it in and go.
This is small, powerful, and easy. Toss it in your bag, just in case.
