This Craftsman battery powered air pump is really easier to use than going to a service station coin operated air pump. At the station, you have to fight the retraction force the air hose as you pull the hose around the car and try to get all the tires filled before the air pump time limit cuts off the air. The Craftsman air pump seems well made, was not too loud, inflated the tires quickly to the pressure shown on the digital readout screen and worked well. And I got another use for the Craftsman battery pack for my other Craftsmman tools.

This air compressor has been indispensable to me. The battery is compatible with my other Craftsman tools, so it’s very convenient. The digital gauge is accurate. Pro tip: wait a few seconds after you fill the tire for the pressure to equalize. It comes with a ball adapter, a Presta valve adapter, and an inflatables adapter that store on the tool. All three work well. It’s been a workhorse and it works well.

I initially made this purchase for bicycle tires. However one day I found that my side by side tire was completely flat so I used this air compressor, I could not believe how fast it pumped that tire up. Of course curiosity killing the cat I had let some air out of my pickup truck tire approximately around 5 to 7 pounds I used this lightweight easy to use air compressor battery powered and it blew it up just as fast as my $500 standup tank did I am super impressed with this product. I have found a new home for it rides in my truck behind the driver’s seat at all times Great to have Peace of Mind air on the go.

I was skeptical when I purchased this battery operated air compressor. I already had the four pin 20v battery so it made sense to try this particular model. It met all my expectations and inflated my car tire from 20psi to 34psi in less than 5 minutes. The digital readout was not an exact match to my analog dial but not a deal breaker. I like the portability of this device and am happy with my purchase. The only con for me is the need to hold the trigger button continuously which does not lock. I believe you can set a max psi and it shuts off, but not a feature I need. I would buy again.
