I had a set of 16″ apes on my street glide and they really did a number on the factory rubber riser bushings. There was so much slop in the handlebars I was worried something else was wrong, but after removing the old bushings it was clear that they were just worn out. I replaced them with these polyurethane bushings and everything is great now. I was a bit concerned that maybe the polyurethane would vibrate too much but that’s not a concern, I don’t really notice any additional vibrations over the rubber. The biggest benefit is that the bars are so much more solid, way better than new rubber bushings even. I highly recommend these for anyone looking to tighten up their front end and eliminate unnecessary handlebar flex.

2003 Electra Glide; had some play in the bars so went out on a limb with these. Worked out great, install was simple enough, everything fit snug, and firmed up the bars. Can’t speak to longevity but would definitely recommend for the price

These pretty much give minimal movement now I have to put a lot of force to make them move.
Installation was sort of a pain at first but if you have a c-clamp makes evrything go smoother, put some lube around the bushings i say c-clamp cause of youbuse a hammer chance of sliding and hitting the bike a great!! I put bushings first then the metal sleave then install risers back on tourque to spec.
